From the moment Sophie entered, the media's flashbulbs never stopped.
This was going to be the sensational news that would take the internet by storm! By now, the news must have already spread across major online platforms. Some media outlets even started live-streaming the event.
Sophie simply watched with a cool detachment. Such an occasion was enough to ferment the news of her divorce to its maximum potential.
The situation was going awry, and Colt immediately took out his phone and informed James of the situation.
By the time James arrived, Bea had already been taken away in an ambulance.
Sophie's people had dispersed all the guests in the church. The first thing James saw as he entered the church was Sophie's face.
He was so overtaken with joy that he immediately ran towards Sophie, but before he could reach her, Nichole blocked him. "James! You can't go over there! You don't understand. Bea ended up in the hospital because of Sophie!"
"Move!"
James pushed Nichole aside, causing her to nearly fall, but fortunately, she steadied herself on a chair. She stared at James with a face full of resentment and clenched her teeth.
She had become the woman everyone talked about because of James, but he didn't seem to care at all!
At that moment, James' gaze was fixed solely on Sophie. "I'm not dreaming. You really came back."
James embraced Sophie excitedly. His heart yearned for her. He knew that Sophie hadn't died.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
