Nichole felt a chill run down her spine.
Before, she had always thought Ricardo was a tender and easy-going man who was easy to manipulate.
She had never expected Ricardo to turn against Rowena ruthlessly!
All his previously affectionate persona was a facade.
What Ricardo wanted was nothing more than the support of the Freeman family to bolster his position in Devonport.
Ricardo said coldly, "If you don't want to end up like her, you better behave and not anger me."
"No... I wouldn't dare..." Nichole quickly shook her head. "As long as you allow me to remain the darling of the Freeman family, to continue being your fiancée, living this life, I'll do whatever you want!"
"Good." Ricardo took off his coat and said, "Tomorrow, you'll accompany me to the hospital to kneel and apologize to Reece."
"What?!" Nichole's face turned sour. "You’re asking me to kneel and apologize to Reece?"
"Not just to Reece, but to Sophie as well."
Hearing this, Nichole's expression darkened even more. "No! I refuse!"
At that, Ricardo shot Nichole a glare that made her shrink back. She bit her lip and said, "Anything but kneeling to Sophie, I'll do whatever else you ask..."
Ricardo scoffed, "Even prison?"
"I..." Nichole fell silent.
Ricardo continued, "You attacked Reece. Did you think you wouldn't end up in prison? If we can't settle this privately, you better be prepared to be arrested. I believe no one understands better than you what life in there is like."
Nichole's face turned completely white.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
