In her past life, Solana had returned for a very simple reason: her husband's addiction to gambling. Despite being decked out in gold and silver, their wealth was depleting fast. Solana had come back to the country at her husband's abusive behest, seeking money.
Considering the timeline, it was only the second year. Why would Solana suddenly come back?
It seemed that Sophie had disrupted more than just one or two things ever since her rebirth.

"You must be Sophie," Solana eyed Sophie from top to bottom, only to sneer, "You do have some looks. No wonder James is always hovering around you."
Sophie felt dizzy and had no interest in bantering, "Solana, what do you want?"
Solana's expression turned cautious. She frowned and asked, "How do you know my name?"
Sophie realized she had inadvertently mentioned Solana's name, but it was too late.
She tried to maintain her composure, "James mentioned you."
Although suspicious, Solana quickly remembered the urgent matter of her visit, stating, "Then you know, I am James’ aunt..."
Solana's smile faded a bit as she said, "I just got back to the country and heard from my aunt about you and James. You must have seen the news today."
"Unfortunately, I didn't."
Sophie's response choked Solana again.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
