"Waiter, please give me another fork."
Paul was embarrassed. He didn't expect the fork to be of such poor quality.
Sophia echoed Aria, "Paul, are you testing the fork's quality. It's good. Or you can ask Aria to try. Let's see if she would bend it."
They were in the best restaurant in Sealand, so everything was of high quality.
Paul looked at her for help, "Mrs. Riley, please stop making fun of me."
Sophia and Drake exchanged a smile.
Bonnie widened her eyes, her gaze sweeping innocently between them.
She remarked, "You all look happy."
Sophia stroked the back of Bonnie's hair. "Of course, we're. Aren't you happy, Bonnie?"
"Yes, I am."
In Pinkerton, Bonnie often dined out with the Lawsons and enjoyed it immensely.
This was the first time she had dined out with many people in Sealand, so she was joyful.
As a child, she could easily be happy.
The dinner was harmonious. Everyone enjoyed it.
Aria went to the ladies' room but didn't return after a long while.
Paul was worried and stood up. "I'll go check on her. What has taken her so long?"
Emma chuckled, "Don't worry. She's a grownup. Nothing should have happened."
Paul responded with a smile that showed all his teeth, but left the private box.
Emma looked delighted. "Paul is a good boy."
Although Paul had failed to win Aria's heart over the past few years, he hadn't pursued another woman.
Many women tried to hit on Paul since they realized they didn't deserve Drake.
But Paul had his principles and valued his reputation. He knew more women than Drake, but never took advantage of his position.
When Paul left the private box, he saw several women surrounding Aria. He strode over, pulled her behind him, and asked with concern, "Are you all right, Aria?"
Finally, he changed the way to call her. Most of the time, he still wanted to address her as Miss Riley.
Aria didn't expect him to go to her and behaved protectively. Feeling touched, she hugged him and replied, "I'm fine. I'll always be well as long as you are with me."
Paul didn't expect her to hug him in public, especially as there were many people there who knew her.
Aria was not only the daughter of the Riley family, but also a female star.
One of the women surrounding her said in disdain, "If not mistaken, this man is your brother's assistant. Aria, no rich boy wants you, so you have to find such a lousy boyfriend, huh?"
"Hey, you silly boy. You've been working for Mr Riley for a long time. You should know she once had another man's baby."
"Although you are nobody..."
Before the woman finished mocking Aria, Paul gripped her neck.
