Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 3218

Blossom glanced at Nathan and the others gratefully.

She would've been dead by now if they hadn't rescued her.

She could not help but ask, “Sir, are you all bounty hunters too?”

Nathan replied coldly, “No. This place is dangerous. It's not a place you can stay for too long, nor should you do any business here. Leave this place quickly.”

Hearing that, Blossom swiftly said, “Apart from me, all my team members are dead. It'll be hard for me to leave this area alone. Sir, can I tag along with you guys?”

Wolfric uttered coldly, “You're lucky we saved you. Do you think we're trash collectors? Dream on. We can't afford to let a burden like you join us.”

Blossom replied, “I won't be a burden to you. I can fight.”

Wolfric snorted in response. “You? We all saw how you fell to your knees in fear and waited for death. We have no use for an amateur like you. Get lost.”

Blossom stiffened. In truth, she was not that weak. At the start of the fight, she had also killed several bondslaves.

Later, she fell into despair and gave up fighting when she saw her companions die tragic deaths and leave her behind.

When she heard Wolfric call her an amateur, she wanted to explain herself but could not find the right words to say. She could only stare at Nathan and plead with him.

Wolfric looked at Nathan warily. “Commander Cross, you're not serious about letting her tag along, right? Let me remind you that we shouldn't show mercy to others. It is considered her luck that we saved her, but we definitely can't let her join us, nor can we let her slow us down. If you agree to her request, then I'm sorry. I'll be the first to disagree with your decision.”

Peder also said, “That's right. I won't agree to it either.”

The majority of the people agreed with what Wolfric said.

Naturally, Colin and Sevan would provide unconditional support to Nathan.

On the other hand, Monica said something that conflicted with the majority's opinions. She glanced at Nathan and said, “It would be meaningless if we saved her but won't let her tag along.”

Everyone, including Blossom, turned to look at Nathan.

It was up to him to decide.

Nathan was silent for a few minutes before he finally voiced his opinion.

He told Wolfric, “Deputy Commander, it'll be easy to expose our location if we move forward in one group since there are too many of us. We should split into two groups and enter Kushburn. We can set a specific location to meet up later on. What do you think?”

Hearing that, Wolfric immediately knew Nathan wanted to be a saint and allowed Blossom to follow them.

Hearing that, Blossom quickly straightened her back and stood at attention.

Nathan asked, “This journey of mine is dangerous. Our life or death would also be unpredictable. Are you willing to join my group and continue forward?”

Blossom quickly answered, “Yes, Sir. I will.”

Nathan nodded. “Good. Stick to your equipment and replenish the loss with what you can find around you.”

Blossom checked her equipment and noticed she had only a pistol and a dagger. She looked around and took a submachine gun and bullets from the dead bounty hunters.

“Sir, my equipment is complete, and I'm ready to go.”

Nathan hummed. “Good. Start jogging. We need to go.”

With that, Nathan, Colin and Sevan continued forward in their journey.

Nathan and the others were elite humans. They seemed to be walking at a normal pace, but in reality, they were faster than regular humans.

Nathan and the others walked while Blossom had to jog behind them to keep up.
