Sonny was relieved. “Then, I can tell that kid that Aunt Ser won’t be like her mommy. I love you so much, Uncle Zak.”

Zachary smiled. “I love you too.”

Sonny was such a sweet talker. Who could not love him?

Once they got to the preschool, Zachary did not hand Sonny over to the bodyguard. Instead, he got out of the car and led Sonny into the preschool. When he saw the teacher, he handed Sonny over to the teacher. Even as Sonny waved goodbye to him, he stood there watching until Sonny’s little figure disappeared into the distance, no longer looking back at him, before he turned to walk out.

The preschool employees knew Zachary was Sonny’s uncle. They used to think Zachary was a lofty person out of their reach, but once Sonny started attending preschool, they saw him and Duncan often.

Considering how these big shots loved and doted on Sonny who was not even their own kid, they must love kids. The depths of their feelings for the Hunt sisters were also evident from this. Who in Wiltspoon did not know that Zachary York was a doting husband now?

People were not as envious of Serenity and Zachary’s love story as before. In fact, they were more envious of Liberty and Duncan’s love story now because Liberty was a divorcee. Society was still prejudiced against divorced women.

Zachary had just walked out of the preschool grounds when he heard a woman calling out to him. His bodyguards immediately surrounded him in protection.

When Zachary first got married, he thought women would stop trying to approach him, but after the incident with Jenna Daniels, he put his guard back up. He did not allow women to easily approach him apart from those related to him.

He frankly did not want to deal with any more admirers. He just wanted to live out his days with Serenity happily and peacefully, waiting for the birth of their little one. Their family of two was going to become a family of three, and in a few more years, it would become a family of four. It would be perfect if they had one son and one daughter, just like Ben and Jane did.
