(Eden’s Pov)
I couldn't move.
The thought that this had something to do with Lord Shevek was too much for me to bear.
What I saw, was it a vision or just a dream?
I desperately hoped that I was wrong, and this vision or dream held no significant meaning.
Besides, I couldn't lose my father, not when I was just getting to know him. We still had so much to do together, and I still have to apologize to him for the way I spoke to him the last time.
But, no matter how hard I tried to deny it, I couldn't get rid of the despair I felt.
Suddenly, the water felt too cold since I had spent way too much time in it. Ithad lost all its warmth.
I wrapped myself in a towel and moved out of the bathroom.
I tried my best to get Lord Shevek’s thoughts out of my head, but it was impossible.
When I entered the room, the door opened, and Eros stepped inside.
His shirt was strapped across one shoulder, which left him bare-chested, and his skin glistened from sweat.
For a moment I admired his solid build and attractive looks, from the way he sweated, I knew he had gone for a run.
"You're back," I said softly.
Eros nodded. I moved away from the bathroom entrance, a little lost in thought. I wasn't sure how long he watched me, but he suddenly moved closer with a frown on his face.
"Are you alright?" He asked
I released a deep breath and wrapped my hands around myself “Not really,” whispered.
Eros came from behind me and rubbed a hand over my arm.
"What's wrong?" he asked.
“I had a dream. A terrible one." I turned at noon. “I'm scared, Eros."
“Of what? What was the dream about?" Eros asked.
I paused a little as I replayed the dream over in my head.
"I had a dream that a vampire was stabbed with a stake shaped in the form of a cross."
Eros frowned. “That’s a terrible dream. Why are you so bothered about that?"
I shook my head. "It felt too real to be just a dream. I think... I think it was a vision.”
Eros raised a brow in surprise. “How is that possible? Werewolves don't have that ability.”
“I think I do.” I said softly.
I couldn't begin to explain my encounter with the moon goddess, but I was fairly certain what I saw was a vision.
Eros sighed and held my hand in his. He looked more concerned than he was when he first came in.
“You shouldn’t worry about that.” He said.
“I can't help it.” I could feel Tiara's tension. There was no way we could get over that dream.
Eros wrapped his arms around me and pulled me in for a hug. He gently ran his hand over my head in a soothing motion.
“Lord Shevek is fine.”
“Are you sure?” I asked.

This book is basically the same as Catching Genesis by Nicole Riddley, so don't waste your time on the crappy zoom and random % and 1/4 idk bout y'all but that got annoying quick...

Hey, its wrong chapter... Ch 258 is missing...
Does anyone know when the next chapter will be released?? The suspense is killing me!...
Not sure why it is so difficult to read from chapter 8....it's like it is zoomed in permanently, I can't see the end of the sentences......
