The Biker’s Mafia Princess (Angel and Savage) novel Chapter 177

Wild Child POV.

After Sophie fell asleep and I recovered my shock of her words. I looked at my momma and she has that knowing smirk on her face.

“She is stronger than she looks. What do you want to do, son?” She asks me and I look back at the now sleeping Sophie as she snores softly. My poor girl has been through hell and walked out the other side.

“I think we need to find them both as soon as possible. I don’t want her to be in danger anymore. Sophie deserves to be free of them and to not live in fear. Even though we both heard her words. I know she is still scared, and that is no way for her or anyone to live. Come on, momma we see it all the time at the shelter. Sophie is no different from those women fleeing domestic violence. She needs our help and she will get it. I know you have not long come back from a mission. But I am going to need your help with this.” I say to her before I look away from Sophie to my momma, and she is smiling softly at me.

Momma walks closer to me and runs her fingers through my hair before leaning down and kissing my cheek.

“Say no more, son. It will be done. I’ll find them and who they sold her to. They will not get close to her again. I will start the search in the morning. I will get Tank and some of the girls together and we will come up with a plan. For now, don’t tell your sister. I know Harmony really likes Sophie. Harmony doesn’t need to be worried about her friend right now. We will deal with this as we always do as a family, as a club. I will contact my uncles and ask for their help, too. They may be able to get their feelers out for information.” She tells me and I smile at my momma.

This is what she does. She is the best in the world at this kind of thing. Harmony and I grew up hearing of her censored adventures around the world before she met our dads. She only told us the uncensored versions when we were old enough to understand that the world we both were born in to isn’t what everyone has.

It never fazed us. Harmony and I learnt early on to defend ourselves. I was the one who taught her alongside momma to shoot a gun.

But Sophie, my poor, innocent Sophie. Never had that. Even though she isn’t from our world. She should have never been subjected to that kind of abuse, especially at the hands of her father and brother. They should have been teaching her to protect herself. But she had to learn on her own.

If she did, in fact, kill the man who tried to hurt her, then good on her. Once she is better, I am going to see what she can do to defend herself so I can then teach her. But I don’t want to teach her. I want her to lean on me for that protection. It is my job to protect what is mine and my family.

As far as I’m concerned, Sophie is part of my family. Hell, she became part of the family when Harmony hired her. She just didn’t know it. Well, now she does, and I’m not going to let her fight her demons alone.

“You need to rest, Harry. Today has been a long day. Sophie is safe here and you know it. I love you son, if you need anything call me and I will come straight back. If not, then I will see you in the morning.” Momma kisses my cheek again before hugging me and she moves to Sophie and kisses her head softly and runs her fingers through Sophie’s hair.

“She will be ok Harry. It will take time, so I hope you have patience with her.” Momma says with a soft smile on her lips and I nod my head.

“Always, momma, I don’t care how long I have to wait. I will wait for her, regardless.” I tell her, and she chuckles as she walks to the door.

“I know you will, my son. Rest. Sophie needs her sleep, and so do you.” She says before she leaves the room and closes the door softly behind her. I sigh as I stand up and stretch my back out and move to my bag and grab out some of my things and head to the bathroom to have a quick shower.
