The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 2364

Bella’s condition had only just reached the minimum requirement for discharge, yet she kept it a secret from her family and left the hospital eagerly.

Steven helped her into the car when Wilma’s call came through.

“Wilma, how have you been lately?” Bella asked. Her hands were still wrapped in bandages, so Steven held the phone for her.

“I’m fine, Young Madam, but I heard from Young Master Justin that you were injured!”

“I’ve been discharged, so there’s no need to worry.” Bella’s thoughts drifted to that day when she had spilled soup all over Justin. It had soaked his three-piece suit entirely.

She had not expected the man to have a backup plan, as if he anticipated her tantrum. It turned out that there was another bowl of soup in the flask.

After he left, Bella felt hungry and worn out from their argument. So she struggled to her feet and painstakingly finished the remaining bowl of soup herself.

“Wilma, when I was in the hospital, did you ask Mr. Salvador to bring me soup?” Bella’s eyes curled with a smile. “It was delicious. It’s unmistakably your cooking. Thank you!”

“No, Young Madam! That soup wasn’t mine. The young master made it himself!”

“He did?” Bella’s expression froze in shock.

“The day before, the young master purposely went to a farm to buy a free-range chicken. Can you imagine such a well-dressed man stepping into the mud? His suit was covered in chicken feathers, and he reeked of chicken droppings!” Wilma’s vivid storytelling made Bella laugh.

“I’ve watched the young master grow up, and I’ve never seen him look so disheveled before. He even caught the chicken himself. If word got out, it would go viral on social media. It was hilarious!”

Bella listened in disbelief, her heart trembling with emotions she couldn’t suppress.

“The next day was even worse. It was absolute chaos! The young master got up early to slaughter the chicken. The kitchen looked like a crime scene!” Wilma continued. “He used to serve in the military, but he said that killing chickens is much harder than killing terrorists!”

At that moment, Justin, who was sitting in the presidential office of the Salvador Corporation, sneezed so loudly that the ceiling seemed to shake. Ian, who was close by, gave him a skeptical glance.

Bella could not help but chuckle as she shook her head.

“I may have guided him, but the chicken soup was all his doing. He poured his heart into it, spending an entire day preparing it! Young Madam, you should know this by now. Young Master Justin might be clumsy with words, but he knows what’s in his heart. You’ve always held a place there.”

Bella blinked softly, her emotions in turmoil—a bittersweet mix of feelings washed over her.

It was like finding a piece of candy amidst shards of glass.

After ending the call with Wilma, Bella sat in the car, lost in the lingering emotions.

“Ms. Bella, shall I drive you back to Yara Park?” Steven asked in a soft voice, noticing the redness in her eyes through the rearview mirror.

“No, not home.” Bella’s lips parted gently.

Steven frowned with concern. “You’re not planning to return to work at KS Group, are you? Your health is more important!”

“Take me to the Savrow’s Fifth Prison.” Bella shook off the tangled emotions that Justin had evoked, her brow smoothing into a resolute, focused expression.
