Chapter 74 Mr. Webster Is Easy to Talk to

"Are you feeling better now? Where are you currently? Did you go to the hospital?" Chris disregarded Dylan's situation and inquired with a gentle tone.

"I'm at the hospital. I've already seen a doctor, and I'm feeling much better now!" Ranita blinked her eyes, finding Chris' voice pleasant, which brought her a sense of relief.

"Thank you for your concern, Mr. Webster!"

Chris remained silent for a few seconds before speaking again, "Since there is a reason behind this incident, let's just forget about it."

After uttering two more sentences, Chris ended the call.

"My brother hung up?" Dylan widened his eyes, realizing that the matter had passed without much fuss. He felt somewhat dazed.

"Mr. Webster is not unreasonable!" Ranita handed the phone back to Dylan. "He said he will help you take care of it. Don't worry! Besides, this whole thing happened because of me. Next time I see Mr. Webster, I'll properly thank him!"

Dylan looked at his phone, then back at Ranita, resting his chin on his hand as he asked, "Ranita, are you close with my brother?"

"He's close with Brendon." Ranita had worked on several projects with Brendon before, and they had spent almost every moment together due to their previous relationship.

Ranita was also familiar enough with Chris.

"And Mr. Webster is easy-going!" Ranita smiled brightly, her lips even more vibrant than before, showcasing her beautiful facial features!

When she smiled, her colors became even richer, brighter than springtime sunlight, while her pupils sparkled like diamonds!

Dylan pursed his lips as he watched her smile. Suddenly, he felt jealous of Chris! She spoke so tenderly when mentioning him earlier and described him as easy-going!
