Early in the morning, the sun shone through the thin curtains into the room. Meredith moved her eyelashes before she slowly woke up.
Noticing that there was another person beside her, she was stunned for a while before remembering that Derek had also stayed yesterday.
Meredith blushed and sat up in a hurry. She looked at her neatly dressed clothes. It seemed that nothing should have happened.
Meredith breathed a sigh of relief. Derek was liable to wake up. She woke him up from the noise she made. There was more gloom between his eyebrows. When he saw her move, he felt both angry and amused.
Was this woman afraid that he would do something to her?
"Don't worry, I'm not that hungry. I'm not sexually interested in a woman who sleeps like a pig."
After that, Derek got up and went into the bathroom to wash up.
Meredith looked at his back and waved her fist. Was she like a pig? She actually looked very quiet and ladylike when she slept, okay?
After getting up, Meredith made a simple breakfast out of the ingredients in the fridge. Only then did Meredith remember that she had important business to do today, so she took a look at the man who was eating his toast slowly.
"You can't stay out all day, can you? If you don't go back, the Xaviers will worry you."
If Derek had been here, she wouldn't have had the chance to talk to Leo.
"Are you looking forward to my leaving?" Derek looked at her calmly.
Yesterday, Damian had found out who Meredith was contacting. He didn't forget Leo so quickly.
He remembered that this man was Meredith's fiancé. This man even was arrogant to Derek as he thought he was Meredith's fiancé. He had clearly warned Meredith not to get involved with such people. It seemed that she had not heard of him at all.
