“Of course,” Snow said softly. 

She took her phone out and gave Oliver a call, informing him of the meeting, which he had been prepared for. 

Half an hour later, Stephen met Oliver in the private room of a restaurant. 

“You must be Stephen Quinn,” Oliver said, extending his hand to greet Stephen, “You’re so young and talented. You’re going to have a bright future ahead.” 

Stephen shook his hand with a warm smile. “Nice to meet you, Oliver.” 

The two sat down, with Snow sitting quietly and obediently beside them. 

Oliver said, “I’ve ordered for us. I hope you don’t mind.” 

“I’m okay with anything. You don’t need to be so polite. You can call me Stephen.” 

“Stephen, it is.” Oliver chuckled. “I didn’t expect Snow to know you.” 

Stephen glanced at Snow who looked down and said with a smile, “Maybe this is fate.” 

“Hahaha! Fate is doing a great job! So, what brings us together today, Stephen?” Oliver asked. 

Without wasting time, Stephan asked, “I heard you’re in the steel business.” 

Oliver nodded and then handed over a name card. “I have some factories all over the country.” 

“I see. 

Stephen took a quick look at the name card and then took his phone out to search for more information about the company. It did not take long for the results to pop up. Oliver did indeed have a few factories in different cities. 

“I heard you want to expand into Aqua City.” 

Oliver sighed. “Yeah. I’ve been trying for three years, but my application keeps getting rejected. I’ve made one last try, and if I still get rejected, I think I’ll have to put my effort elsewhere.” 

Stephen narrowed his eyes, asking, “Why do you want to set up a factory here in Aqua City?” 

Aqua City is close to the border, and I believe the demand for steel and other construction materials is high. That’s why setting up a factory here could be very profitable.

If Aqua City had a factory to produce and deliver said materials, it would be a lot more convenient. 

Stephen said, “Aqua City needs a factory like yours. On behalf of Aqua City, I welcome you to set up a factory here.” 

Oliver’s eyes lit up. 

He bolted up 

to his feet and looked at Stephen with disbelief. 

“Are you saying that I can set up a factory here?” 

Stephen nodded. 

“This is great! Thank you so much, Stephen! Thank you!” Oliver burst out excitedly. ” Snow, you should also thank Stephen!” 

Snow got up and expressed her gratitude softly and timidly. “Thank you, Stephen.” 

“It’s nothing. I might have greenlighted your expansion, but I won’t give you any special treatment,” Stephen explained. 

“That’s more than enough. I’m grateful enough to have the opportunity to expand here, Oliver said as he sat back down, finding it hard to conceal his excitement.
