Noticing Walter’s fierce glare, Shakira quickly took a few steps back. It was important to preserve her life. 

Walter shot her a look before turning to his changing room. This space had previously been solely his, filled with his clothes and accessories. Now, Shakira’s items also filled the area, adding a splash of color to the otherwise deep–toned space. It was somewhat abrupt, but Walter found it rather pleasing. However. Walter frowned slightly, his expression a bit displeased. “Is that all your clothes?” In the several dozen square meters of the walk–in closet, Shakira’s clothes occupied less than one- tenth. He didn’t know how much clothing other women should have, but looking at Shakira’s collection, he was quite certain it was abnormally little. Moreover, everything was very ordinary and simple in style. Walter’s gaze shifted to the tight dress Shakira was wearing, a hint of light flickering in the depths of his blue eyes. 

Shakira shrugged. “Yeah, this is enough to wear.” 

“I’ll have Levi take you to get some more tomorrow.” 

Shakira waved her hand, “No, no need.” ‘Shopping for clothes is such a hassle. 

Yet Walter suddenly said, “Or do you want me to go shopping with you?” 

‘Having Walter accompany me would be even scarier!” “Then let Levi…” 

Before she could finish, Levi knocked on the door. “Young Master, Mitchell sent some items for Ms. Nelson. Should I let them in?” 

Shakira was baffled. “What is Mitchell up to now?” When she walked out, her temples were throbbing. ‘Is Mitchell crazy? She saw over a dozen maids in the hallway, pushing a row of clothing racks filled with over a hundred new clothes with tags still attached! 

Levi reported without missing a word, “These are from Mitchell, sent by several luxury store managers. There are a total of one hundred and twenty new outfits, and the managers left business cards, stating they will regularly send new arrivals every quarter.” 

Walter also stepped out, and upon seeing this scene, his face immediately darkened. 

Shakira held her forehead. “Levi, are those people still here? Tell them…” 

“Tell them to return the clothes.” Walter interrupted Shakira’s voice directly and issued a command. 

Levi showed a hesitant expression. “The managers have already left. They relayed Mitchell’s message that if Ms. Nelson refuses, she can dispose of them as she pleases.” 

Shakira couldn’t contain her anger and blurted out, “Does he have money to burn?” Looking at these high–end custom clothes that many women dream of, Shakira didn’t reveal much emotion. She let out a deep breath. “Levi, please help me send these to the maids in the villa, whether they wear them or sell them is up to them.” 

The maids who had brought the clothes were stunned. They had initially envied Shakira, but now they were all excited after hearing this! 

Levi looked at Walter instinctively, surprised. 

Upon hearing her words, Walter’s lips slightly curled up. “Do as she says.” 

“Yes.” 

Walter looked at her leisurely. “What will you do about Mitchell now?” 

Shakira was feeling quite annoyed. “Just ignore him; he said I could handle it as I wish.”

Walter smiled and said, “I can help you solve this, so you won’t owe anyone a favor.”

Shakira’s eyes lit up, and she immediately jumped behind him, cagerly massaging his shoulders and arms. “You always have good ideas, Young Master! But how are we going to solve this?” 

Walter didn’t say a word; he simply picked up his phone and, without revealing how he found Mitchell’s banking information, entered a long string of zeros and confirmed the transfer. 

His actions were so fluid that the massive payment went through in an instant, and Shakira didn’t have time to stop him! 

“It’s done.” Walter raised an eyebrow at her, amused by her astonished expression. “This one million will be deducted from your salary.” 

‘You’re not worried about spending my money, are you? Those clothes don’t cost one million!‘ 

In the hospital. Mitchell eventually drove over. Yvette’s wounds had been treated, and she underwent a routine checkup. Her attending physician gave them a severe reprimand, emphasizing that they should not take advantage of Yvette’s ability to manage her condition with medication and recklessly harm her body. 

After waking up, Yvette looked at Rebecca and Cody and immediately burst into tears. “It’s all my fault, I’ve let everyone down. I’m so terrible…”
