They ate around the dining table. It was a harmonious sight.

When Old Mr. Faust heard they wanted to go to Orchid Village the next day, he suggested following them along. Alec didn't really agree with that.

"You'd better not go, Grandpa. It's too far." They had to drive for several hours, and Alec was worried about his health.

Old Mr. Faust knew what Alec meant, but he was insistent. "If I don't go now, I might not be able to again. I need to pay my respects to my friend."

Jenny's grandfather was his friend for many years. It was he who told him of Jenny's identity, and that was when they arranged for Alec and Jenny's marriage.
