Marigold had no idea what he was thinking about as well. If she had, she would probably be even more nervous than Gilbert.

At night, both of them had dinner together. After that, Gilbert continued working in the living room, but Marigold didn't stay.

She didn't take a shower the day before, so she needed the maid to help her shower no matter what. She felt that she could do it herself. However, Gilbert insisted on having someone to help her. Marigold's cheeks were flushed. "No need. I can do it myself."

However, Gilbert was not there to ask her opinion. He grabbed her arm, and the cold touch made him swallow his saliva. Suddenly, a burning desire surged in him.

He cursed inwardly. Why would he have such a huge reaction when he had just touched her arm? Could it be because he had not been with a woman for too long? To be more precise, it wasn't that he had not been with a woman for too long. Instead, Gilbert hadn't touched another woman other than when he slept with Marigold.
