Chapter 444 Are You Crazy?

“Is your grandpa doing alright these days?” she asked, smiling sweetly.

Alec thought her smile was making things weirder. He nodded. “He’s fine. Do you want to see him?

“Yes. I want to ask him something.” But Jenny didn’t tell him what it was. Alec knew nothing, so she felt that it was unnecessary.

Alec didn’t ask, either. “Should I accompany you to the Old Mansion once we landed?”

“Let’s give it a few days.” Jenny had a lot of things waiting for her in Parrington. She had to tell the Walkers about the place she had picked out for them and see if Stephanie’s parents had anything to say about it. And since she was going back, she’d have to go to work. Morgan said that a lot of people were waiting for her to perform surgeries on them. She’d be busy for quite a few days before being able to catch her breath.

Alec didn’t force her to do anything. “Alright. Call me when you want to see him. I’m good with anything.”

“Thank you.” Jenny could also go and see him by herself, but since she and Alec had broken up, it would be inappropriate to do so.
