Jolene's friends stared at Jenny in dissatisfaction. "Jolene, your sister is too much. She doesn't like a single dress from those racks. She has high standards."

"That's understandable. She’s never seen the finer things in life. Now that she has, she just can't get enough." Jolene smirked. "This is how poor people act when they suddenly become rich."

"That's exactly it. She's gone from rags to riches." They jeered, looking at Jenny at the entrance. They all looked disdainful.

Jenny ignored them. Not long after, Alec's car stopped in front of her. He came down with a box in his hands. Before she could ask about its contents, he handed it to her. "Try it on."

Jenny opened the box. There was a light blue gown in it. It was so beautiful that her gaze lingered on it. After a while, she came back to her senses." Did you come all this way to deliver this gown to me?"
