Jolene became even more suspicious when she heard that. She felt that something was off.

"I'm telling you, I'm James' fiancée now. He won't let you off if you dare to plot against me behind my back."

Jenny smirked. "You're overthinking it. I have no intention to plot against you."

Jenny knew James' personality quite well and knew that Jolene would be in for a miserable time after she moved in with him. As such, Jenny didn't need to plot against her at all.

"Really?" Jolene couldn't believe it.

Jenny nodded and said, "Hurry up and pack. Don't keep your fiancé waiting."

"Okay." Jolene nodded, thinking it made sense as she turned to continue packing her things.

Throughout their conversation, Rowena silently stood on one side, staring at Jenny suspiciously. Under normal circumstances, Jenny should have stopped Jolene. After all, if Jolene and James' relationship escalated, it wouldn't be good for her.
