True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 1036

"Heh." William obviously didn't believe what Heinz said. "Let's see how things roll out. I'm pretty sure that Grace will be pregnant again for the third time. Judging by how affectionate you are, I'm pretty sure that will happen."

"Grandpa," Heinz was struck speechless by his grandfather. "You're already so old. Can you be more careful with what you say?"

"What was wrong with what I said?" William chuckled. "What I said is logical and reasonable. If it really happens, then you would be embarrassed."

"What's the point of that?" Heinz was in a good mood and he bickered with his grandfather. "Am I even your grandson?"

"You are my grandson, which is why I can do this to you. It's funny to watch when you embarrass yourself," William said jokingly.

He was truly happy to hear and receive the news.

All along, there weren't many people left in his family. His daughter passed early on.

He only had Heinz, and he cherished his grandson

a lot.

Now that his grandson would be having four children, he was truly happy from the bottom of his heart.

"Grandpa, we should be kind." Heinz couldn't help reminding him, "You can't always joke with me. I will soon be a father of four children. I need to have some pride."

"Hah," The old man started laughing. "That's your pride. What does it have to do with me? I don't feel embarrassed at all."

"Grandpa," Heinz called out again.

"Don't act like a spoiled child in front of me," said William with a smile. "How many times have you called me grandpa today?"

"I..." Heinz was just speechless. He didn't even realize that he did that.

"It won't be easy for Grace to go through pregnancy again. I guess I have to give credit to her for changing all your habits. It's nice hearing you calling me grandpa. Why don't you call me that again?"

"Old fogey, don't ask for too much," Heinz said. "Are you happy when you make fun of me?"

"Yeah, well." William felt that what he did wasn't wrong and that he wasn't joking crudely. "By the way, just now when you mentioned how you wanted me to live longer, are you trying to go back on your words now? Seeing as how you are now, I think you're hoping that I don't live longer to torture you."

"Grandpa," Heinz's heart skipped a beat. He knew that his grandfather doted on him and understood everything.

He was in a good mood, but he still knew and remembered that life was never easy, which was why he understood his grandfather's feelings.

"You will live a long life," he said seriously.

William was moved by his words. "Thank you."

They both weren't accustomed to throwing out affectionate words to each other. Less than a minute later, they felt uncomfortable and continued to pick on and tease each other.

William then struck out Heinz again, "Just drop it. Keep your loving words for Grace. I don't like mushy things like this."

"Old fogey, you're not appreciating my feelings for you," Heinz said. "I really regret calling you. I shouldn't have done that."
