True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 1046

Half an hour later.

Heinz embraced Grace, and whispered in her neck, "Thank you, Honey. Thank you for your hard work."

She blushed and replied, "Why are you thanking me? It's what I should do."

The instant she said this, she was actually a little embarrassed.

After all, she felt quite awkward doing something that she wouldn't normally do.

Fortunately, she could help him.

He was silent for quite some time.

Perhaps he was too moved because she was being sincerely considerate towards him.

All the forbearance and persistence were meaningful after all.

She understood him.

She was willing to do anything for him.

Heinz felt sorry for her, but touched at the same time.

"Honey, you are so nice," he repeated.

Grace shivered at his words and requested softly, "Let me rest for a while and help me massage my hands. They're a little tired."

She shook her hands, and he immediately nodded. He took her hands and gave her a massage.

She looked away from him and turned her face slightly. The two of them sat silently by the window. She was partially lying down, and he was sitting on the side, rubbing her hands.

Everything was so perfect at this moment.

"Knock, knock." Someone was knocking on the door.

She was startled and glanced at him right away. "It must be the kids. You go get dressed quickly. I'll open the door."

Heinz looked at himself. He was still wearing the large bathrobe, and the knocking on the door continued.

He instantly frowned and guessed, "It must be Little Gary."

Grace nodded and said, "Yes, Little Gary likes to knock on the door several times."

"I'll go get dressed." He got up and kissed her before he went to change his clothes.

After tidying up the room, she went to open the door.

When she opened the door, she saw Little Gary, Ernest, and Lowell standing outside.

She was stunned and asked, "Why are you three here? Are you done practicing the piano?"

"Mommy, please come out and have a discussion with us," Little Gary urged. "It's about our younger cousin."

"Oh, what's wrong with Maria?" Grace asked in concern, "Aren't you all doing well these days? What's the matter?"

She followed the three kids to the living room and sat down on the sofa.

Little Gary said, "Maria left very early this afternoon. It seems that she asked for a leave."

"Why did she ask for a leave?" She asked.

"Aunt Nerissa went to pick her up. She asked the teacher to call Aunt Nerissa to pick her up. We asked her what happened, but she didn't tell us." Little Gary sounded worried.

He was also shocked. Seeing that he was really worried about Maria, Grace picked up the phone, "I'll just call Aunt Nerissa and ask her."

"Yes, Mommy. That's what we meant. Gary wants you to call and ask Aunt Nerissa," said Ernest, who was standing beside him.

"Okay." Grace dialed the number, but no one

answered.

Left with no other options, she called Zachary.

The call was quickly answered.
