True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 1122

"Just help me ask her. You are a smart person, so I'm sure you'll understand what I meant."

Upon receiving such praise, Grace was lost for words. She hadn't really been herself since she had given birth. She felt more foolish than before, but it was also a blessing for her to be able to live foolishly and just take care of her children.

Back then, when Little Gary and Ernest were still young, she had neglected Ernest and was forced to raise Little Gary and make a living at the same time. Thus, she never got to enjoy the process of bringing them up.

Now, she was able to dedicate all her time and effort to bring up these two sets of twins. She would never want to go through a second without them.

Since she had long dedicated all her time to her children, with Zachary suddenly asking her for such a favor, she couldn't help but feel a little anxious.

She held her cell phone tightly and said, "Well, Zachary, I'll try my best and I hope I can be of help."

It was a good thing if she could help him. She didn't want to see him be single for the rest of his life.

"Thank you," he responded and hung up the phone.

Grace stood motionless with her mobile phone in her hand.

At this very moment, a tall figure entered the door and saw her staring into space. He immediately stepped forward to hug her, "Why are you in a daze?"

"Heinz, you're back?" She lowered her phone immediately and turned to look at him.

"Well, who called you?"

"Zachary." She immediately recalled their previous conversation, "Do you know that Yvonne is back?"

"I just received the news. It seems that Zachary has also received the news."

"Yes," Grace said and the phone rang again. She glanced at it and immediately said, "It's Yvonne calling. She just asked me about Maria, and I told her that I wanted to hear Zachary's opinion first. Now, she is calling again. I'm going to pick up the phone now. Can you go and look after the kids first?"

"What's there to be nervous about?" Heinz comforted her. He couldn't help but chuckle, "I'm going to be jealous if you're so nervous. It feels as if you're answering your lover's call." "Are you kidding me?" She pushed him aside and said, "My lover can only be you. How can you be jealous of a woman?"

"That's because you're reacting in a strange manner okay?"

"Because I am planning to lie to Yvonne!" She helplessly said, "I want to help Zachary ask about Yvonne's situation, but I can't tell her about Maria. I'm nervous because I'll feel guilty lying. Do you understand?"

"Understood, Madam!" He turned around and walked towards the nursery. However, he still complained as he went, "Why is everyone looking for her? One day it's a relative, the next day is the son or daughter. Today, it's a relative again. Now that Grace has to worry about them, she will not remember me anymore."

Even though she had just confirmed with him that he was the only one in her heart, he still wasn't happy.

That was because ever since the twins were born, both he and Grace hadn't been able to spend quality time together.

Sometimes it was because she had to take care of the children all of a sudden and sometimes it was because the nanny needed her assistance.

Heinz figured that if such a cycle continued, he would go mad.

He had controlled himself throughout the entire process of Grace's pregnancy. Now, the children were already four months old and yet the amount of time they both spent together was still very little.

Sometimes, he wondered if he really needed so many children.

A child was like an obstacle in their intimate life.

A few seconds later, Grace answered the phone, "Hello, Yvonne."

"Grace, I'm sorry for disturbing you but this is urgent. Have you asked him yet? Will Zachary allow me to see Maria?"

"Well, Yvonne, I'm afraid it's not that simple for the time being," Grace paused for a while and continued, "To tell you the truth, it's very strange for you to just leave Maria behind and disappear suddenly. Perhaps you have your own reasons but we can't understand why you would do such a thing."

"Even if you don't care about Zachary's feelings, you should also take Maria's feelings into consideration."

"What did you do after you left?

"You just leave without a word. Did you go and get married aboard?"
