True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 259

Upon hearing it, Grace was stunned. It seemed that he had no knowledge that the child was his. Then how did he know?

Seeing that she didn't say anything,

Heinz knew that he was right, and he knew that Grace could not refute him.

He said in an even more sarcastic tone, "You planned this so that you'll be worry-free for the rest of your life. You are trying to take advantage of me."

"Taking advantage?" Grace muttered.

He had said this more than once.

Grace felt a little desolate.

"Yes, I'm obviously out of your league," Heinz felt so betrayed that he lost his senses and said rashly, "You risked your life to save me so that I'd accept you and your son.

I'd been wondering why would you put yourself in such danger. Ah, now I know. It's because you've placed such a big bet.

"And now you've successfully made me feel I owe you all my life. You're unbelievable, Grace," he said coldly.

"You wanted me to be a stepfather, don't you?"

Grace felt wronged by his accusations. "I'm not as vile as you said."

"Yes, you are," Heinz said. "You're just unscrupulous.

You thought that just because you've saved my life, I would owe you for the rest of my life.

Yes, I owe you, but I will never be your son's father.

Don't even think about it!"

Grace was shaking and almost couldn't stand still.

Feeling miserable, her mouth twisted into a bitter smile.

"How could you think of me this way? Fine, I was wrong for hiding it from you, but am I such a horrible person to you?"

As she spoke, tears started to well up in her eyes.

But it didn't roll down.

She was heartbroken that he had accused her of something that simply was not true.

The child was his. She gave birth to the child six years ago after the fateful night. Although it was a mistake, he was still his child.

Shouldn't he feel glad to be a father?

"Ha." Heinz sneered and said with anger, "That's right. You're indeed a horrible person."

"You've been scheming on me, so that your son can have a father. Have you ever thought about my feelings? Whether am I willing to do it or not?"

Grace bit her lips, her teeth sank deeply into her lips. She took a deep breath but words stuck in her throat.

"I'm willing to adopt a child, I'm willing to be a father to homeless kids, but there's no way you can deceive me into accepting your child as my own. Don't you ever dream of getting your way!" Heinz's said angrily with bloodshot eyes.

Listening to his harsh words, Grace was unexpectedly calm. She looked at him coldly without saying a word.

She was innocent and not scheming on anything. If he had admitted about the night, she would have been honest with him.

But he denied again and again.

It seemed that the incident six years ago was not even worthy enough for him to remember.

But for her, because of that night, she had a child.

For him, she was just a means to get his desire satisfied.

After that, he could pretend nothing happened.
