Victor felt it strange. But he didn't say anything else. After standing in the living room for a long time, he chose to turn around and go back to his room. He knew Elinor was in the house, but it had nothing to do with him. Their life was like two parallel lines that would never intersect, extending without any interlacing.
In her own room, Elinor heard Victor's door opening and closing, and knew that Victor was coming out and then going back.
The sun has risen, but Elinor is afraid to go out.
She began to fear that if she goes out, she would bump into Victor head-on. When she remembered Victor's eyes last night, Elinor felt a lingering fear.
She was afraid to face it.
Drilling in the quilt for a long time, Elinor simply fell into a coma in a daze. At some point, she felt as if someone came into her room, followed by the quilt being severely lifted, and a cold voice went straight into her eardrum. "Fool? Being covered and sleeping to suffocate yourself?"
Elinor was still in a daze, but now she was completely excited by the cold voice-she woke up directly.
She shrank in bed and looked at Victor with a pair of eyes open, she seemed to see anxiety and anger in Victor's eyes.
Victor held up a corner of the quilt with one hand, and the other hand was directed at Elinor. Elinor shrank back with a small cry, but Victor dragged her out hard. "What the hell? You made me look like a hooligan. If I don't come in, you will be suffocated by lack of oxygen!"
Elinor still looked scared, facing Victor, "You... what are you doing here..."
"You slept from dawn to dark."
Victor sneered. "Congratulations, Elinor Borris You have successfully evolved into a pig."
