Sherilyn stormed into the living room, ignoring everything else around her.
"Sherilyn," Farley said nervously, forcing a smile. "It's pretty late, is there something—"
"Where's Galen?"
Sherilyn didn't even glance at him, marching straight to Malvina and confronting her directly. "Where have you hidden Galen?"
"What are you barking about?"
Malvina denied all accusations. "I should be asking you. My boy was fine until he went to the hospital with you, and now he's gone? What did you do to him? I want my son back!"
"What's going on? What are you all talking about?" Farley asked, utterly bewildered.
"Stop playing dumb!"
He was ignored.
Tears welling up in her eyes, Sherilyn's voice was strained with anger. "The hospital's security cameras caught Galen getting into your car!"
What?
Malvina was taken aback, not expecting they'd find out.
Crossing her arms and tilting her chin up, she retorted, "He's my son. What's wrong with him getting into my car?"
"Was it really you?"
Farley interjected, "Why would you hide Galen?"
"Shut up!"
Malvina glared at her husband. "Now you only care about your daughter and not your son? Why should my son donate bone marrow to your daughter's child?"
That was practically an admission!
"Malvina! Where is Galen?"
Sherilyn's voice broke, her lashes trembling fiercely, tears brimming in her eyes.
"Jenna's surgery is scheduled soon!"
"Not my problem!"
Malvina's eyes narrowed, her gaze cold as ice. "Whether your daughter lives or dies, don't pin it on me!"
Saying that, she covered her mouth, yawning, "It's the middle of the night. I'm going to bed. Get out!"
"Malvina!"
