Chapter 1741
Both Luna and Jim lifted their heads at the same time upon hearing Joshua’s remark.
They stared at him with questioning looks. “Do you know who he is?”
“Yes.” Joshua smiled and pressed the ‘play’ button on the video displayed on his phone.
It was a video of Granny Quinn from the same morning when she had announced the identity of the future heir to the Quinn family.
Inside the video, Granny Quinn had described the dilemma the Quinn family was facing at the moment without any hesitation.
Malcolm, the eldest son of the Quinn family, had chosen to leave the family and live with Heather on their own.
Hunter, on the other hand, was arrested for certain reasons and would likely not be able to get out of jail anytime soon.
Therefore, none of them would be able to take over as the new heir to the Quinn family.
Because of this, Granny Quinn had announced a new addition to the family named Quentin Simms, her godson.
Inside the video, Granny Quinn was beaming from ear to ear as she grasped Quentin’s hand i n delight. “Quentin has just returned to Merchant City not long ago, so I won’t pass over the company to him immediately. Instead, he’ll be helping me run the company, and in a few months, after he’s become more familiar with the ins and outs of the company, I’ll let him take over Quinn Group officially!”
Joshua placed his phone next to the computer screen.
The man in the video was the exact same as the one caught on the surveillance camera.
Jim furrowed his brows.
Unlike Joshua and Luna, he had grown up in Merchant City, so he was much more familiar with the Quinn family than them.
Despite this, he had never known that Granny Quinn had ever had a godson, nor did he know how this man was related to Rosalyn.
What did he say to Rosalyn the night before that destroyed her will to survive instantaneously?
No matter how hard Jim tried, he could not think of the answer.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
