Arthur’s handsome face turned cold. Seeing her calm appearance, he stepped forward and grabbed her shoulders.

He sneered, “It has only been five years. You’ve worked so hard to get what you wanted, but you can’t bear it so soon, huh? Charlotte, when you slept with me, you should have thought that you would be entangled with me for the rest of your life!” 

The calm was broken. Charlotte looked at him in astonishment, asking, “Do you regret it?” 

Arthur smiled, exuding a chilling presence. His thin lips pressed into a line. “Hasn’t it been five years since you realized the reality? Is the bond between the Hardwick family and my family so easy to break? You care about Sebastian, and he is now the CEO of Hardwick Group. Once you divorce me, Harrison Group will break up with Hardwick Group. Have you ever thought about Sebastian’s situation?” 

Arthur approached Charlotte and spoke the cruel reality, telling her that divorce was not a matter between the two of them but a matter between the two families. 

As long as Charlotte still cared about the Hardwick family and Sebastian, then she could never divorce Arthur. 

Charlotte felt a chill all over and stepped back. Looking at Arthur’s handsome face, she felt unfamiliar.
