Begging the Divorced Heiresses Back novel Chapter 19

Evan’s POV:

I didn’t expect that being tugged on my tie by her like this, give me an erection. It seemed as if my body was still missing her. Hence, I didn’t break free, instead, I stepped forward a little and pinned her body against the conference table!

Though I hated this scheming bitch to the core, I just couldn’t help myself to have a physical reaction when I was with her.

“Ha, like it wasn’t you who photoshopped my nude photo,” I said.

Anya took a glance at the nude photo on my phone and snorted with a sneer. “I am not that bored. And if it was me, I would have done the photo much better!”

Hearing this, I snorted even louder. “Who knows if you had done lousy work on purpose? After all, you have a record. Isn’t that kind of your specialty?”

Anya looks utterly furious. “I tell you one last time. I have never plotted against anyone. I have never… managed to sleep with you. I was framed. Believe it or not, I don’t care!”

I leaned over the conference table, trapping her there. “It doesn’t matter. Tina and I are getting married soon anyway, and I have always been sleeping with you for free for two years. No harm done.”

“You shameless bastard…” Anya said as her whole body trembled with rage.

“Oh, and do you remember the $100 million I offered? You didn’t take it, so I used it to buy a big diamond ring for Tina.”

I hated Anya. I hated her schemes and being tough and her being noble. The nobler she pretended to be, the more I wanted to stomp on it.

“Get off me!”

Anya showed me away, grabbed her purse, and ran to the bathroom.

Watching her running away like this, I smirked triumphantly. ‘To deal with such a scheming bitch, one must spit on her and trample on her!’ he thought to himself.

I sat at the conference table, playing with my ring. It has already been more than ten minutes, but Anya has still not returned. I was running out of patience.

‘She has been there for too long. Is there something wrong with her?’ I thought to myself.

Then, I strode to the bathroom.

Anya’s POV:

Hearing Evan’s cruel words my heart ached and I again had an anxiety attack! So, I ran towards the bathroom.

After taking antidepressants, my body was overwhelmed. I often had inexplicable tremors and when it got serious, I couldn’t even hold a cup.

Inside the bathroom, I quickly opened her bag with shaking hands and pulled out my antidepressants. With the tap water, I swallowed down a handful of pills.

All these years, I had been relying on these pills and work to forget all my worries and pains.

All these years Evan had been torturing me, but he had never felt guilt! Not even for once! Because he thought he was the victim.

However, in my eyes… He is not a victim! But he is a villain!”

As I was lost in my thoughts, suddenly someone banged loudly on the door.

“Aren’t you a toughest? If you’re crying, come out here. I don’t want to miss the pleasure.”

It was Evan.
