The last thing Eric remembered before they fell asleep was him wrapping his arms around Annie's waist and Annie snuggling closer to him.

He woke up when he felt her untangling herself from him. She didn't do it gently but with force and ran into his bathroom and what followed was the sound of Annie puking her guts out.

He got down from the bed and went to check on her. He saw her kneeling in front of the toilet, her face in the toilet bowl.

He took a few steps to where she was, kneeled by her side and caressed her back, whispering soothing words in her ear.

When she was done, he cleaned her up and made her seat on the bathtub. By this time, Annie's shirt was wet as a result of the water that splashed on it so Eric went to get another one for her.

He crouched to Annie's height and kissed her forehead. He knew she was very weak, he could tell from the way she was staring at nothing in particular.

"Annie, you have to change the shirt."He said to her, holding out a sky blue shirt for her to wear. Eric helped her to her feet, He waited for her to unbutton the shirt she was wearing but she didn't.

"Annie you've to...." But he was cut off.

"Please, do it for me." She whispered.

"Are you sure?"

She nodded.

Eric began undoing the buttons on her shirt. Since three buttons were already unbuttoned It didn't take long for him to undo the rest.

Taking her shirt off, he couldn't help but admire her body. He tried not to look but he couldn't resist either. She was so beautiful; she only had her panties on as she doesn't like wearing a bra to bed. However, her breast was perfect, firm, round and with the perfect size, her nipples pink and erect, silently begging for them to be sucked by him.

It took him a lot but he managed to overcome the temptation of things he could do to her and also this was not the time for that as Annie was pretty unwell.

He put on the clean shirt for her and did the buttons. He placed a long kiss on her forehead, then carried her in a bridal style into the room. He made her sit on the bed.

"Where's the vitamin?" He asked.

"In the backpack." She replied.

He went in search of the bag and brought the vitamins to her along with a glass of water.

"Should I go make a sandwich for you before taking them?" He asked, unsure if she was allowed to take the vitamins on an empty stomach.

"I don't want anything. I might just throw up again." She said and he fed her the vitamins and the water. Eric made sure she drank enough water before putting aside the glass cup.

Then He made her lie beside him, her head on his chest, his arms around her waist protectively.

"Thank you." She whispered tiredly as she snuggled closer to him.

"It's okay love, have some rest." He encouraged.

About three hours later Eric woke up with a smile on his face. Sleeping beside Annie and his unborn miracle was the best feeling in the world.

He smiled as he watched Annie snuggle closer to him, her face in the crook of his neck and her leg in between his. She looked like an angel as she slept. Eric spent a few minutes admiring her, watching her sleep.

He knew she needed her sleep. The morning sickness was taking a toll on her. He carefully untangled himself from her and made his way downstairs to prepare breakfast.

Before her morning sickness which happened around 5 am, they were up till past 2 am talking about random things. Eric also told her about his career and how he manages his company along with the chain of hotels he owns.

"Good morning, dear." Nora greeted Eric.

"Morning Nora, I hope you slept well." He asked her.

"Yes, I did. I won't bother asking you the same because I can tell you had the best night of your life." She smiled as she wiped her hands with a napkin.

"I can't disagree." He smiled.

"So should I make the usual for breakfast?" She asked.

"Don't worry Nora. I'll take care of breakfast. I want to make something special for Annie." He replied, his eyes scanning through the kitchen.

"Will I get to meet her?"

"Sure but she's still asleep. She's very tired so I decided not to wake her up." He said and Nora grinned.

"Nora." Eric groaned reaching for the eggs in the fridge. "Not that kind of tired. We were up till midnight talking and she had morning sickness."

"Poor child, the morning sickness will disappear as time goes on. Make sure you take very good care of her or you'll have me to deal with." She threatened.

Nora was very happy when Eric told her about Annie and the baby. She was happy for Eric because she knew he had always wanted a family to call his own.

When Eric moved into this mansion, he decided to employ Nora full time unlike the three days a week job she was used to when he was still living in his former apartment. He needed a Gardner which was why he employed Nora's husband, Bernard. He gave them a space in the guest house and he has been responsible for providing them with what they need, which includes food and their monthly salary.

Eric has so much respect for the couple, he treats them like his second parents and they love and treat him like the son they never had.

"Trust me I'll take very good care of her. Where's Nano?" He said.

"Oh, he's with Ben. I'll clean him up and bring him over." She said before she left the kitchen.
