Chapter 14

"Blaze, you're finally here."

"How come you're here?"

Blaze saw Astrid when he got out of the car. Her sexy and wild outfit tonight made him want to tame her.

“Ask Josh."

Astrid glanced at Josh. Being tricked by others only showed that Josh still had much to learn.

Blaze looked around and found several people at the scene who were bruised and bleeding.

“Well, well, well. Look at you now. You're street racing and getting into fights."

Blaze spoke in a deep voice. He disliked Josh for being so reckless.

Josh swallowed and didn't dare to talk back to Blaze.

Blaze looked at Astrid with concern.

"Are you alright?"

“I'm fine. I'm leaving now since everything is settled."

Philip was a little apprehensive when he saw Blaze.

Blaze's cruel means were well-known. Offending him would be worse than death.

"Who started it?"

“Blaze, Philip cheated and wanted to cut off one of my arms. He even cheated when racing with Astrid. Fortunately, Astrid has good skills. Otherwise, she might be killed."

Josh started to complain now that he had someone to back him up.

"They also wanted to give us a beating just now as well."

Blaze glanced at Astrid when he heard what Josh said. Astrid was leaning against her car and playing with her fingers. Her beautiful face showed impatience.

Astrid didnt disagree with Josh.

“This woman's really got guts, I've got to give her that,” thought Blaze.

Philip was staring at Astrid, and his eyes were presumptuous.

Seeing this, Blaze squinted his eyes, and his eyes turned cold.

"Philip, how dare you touch my wife?"

Blaze approached Astrid and pulled her into his arms.

Astrid was confused. She didn't know what Blaze was doing. She had already told him that she was fine.

Not only that, she wasn't his wife. She was his ex-wife.

“Are you hurt?"

"No."

The fight was over before Astrid even warmed up...

"What are you doing here? Josh deserved the beating. He needs to be taught a lesson."

Blaze was not that concerned about Josh's safety.

"Blaze, | was supposed to be your younger brother."

Josh didn't expect Blaze to say that, so he felt aggrieved.

"Shut up!"

If it weren't for the fact that Lilith had told Blaze that something had happened to Josh and begged him to come take a look, Blaze wouldn't even have come at all.

"Mr. Cohen, arent you supposed to be divorced? What does Astrid have to do with you?"

Seeing Blaze hold Astrid domineeringly, Philip felt that they didn't look like they were divorced.

Philip wanted Astrid to be his. She was very much to his liking.

However, Philip's words infuriated Blaze.

The divorce was the worst decision he made in his life.
