Not only did Nigel get nothing from dealing with someone as stubborn as Zachary, but he even walked away with a broken finger.
"Cut the nonsense and get to the point," Zachary said seriously.
Nigel nodded. He knew exactly how Zachary was. Once Zachary made up his mind, it was nearly impossible to change it.
It had to be serious this time. Otherwise, Zachary would've never brought it up in the first place.
After all, the last time Nigel had asked him to cover up a dating rumor, Zachary had chewed him out so badly that they hadn't spoken to each other for three months. Zachary blocked him thereafter.
Nigel had been tied up with filming for the past three months and had only gotten back to Cendale a couple of days ago.
"Considering how many times you've helped me out, I'll definitely help you win this woman over," Nigel said.
Ever since Nigel became famous, he'd pretty much forgotten his roots. He spent almost all his free time at the bar.
He wasn't drop-dead gorgeous, but his boldness came from his real talent. Aside from his acting skills, it was all thanks to Zachary he somehow made his way to the top.

Meanwhile, Natasha had just finished a recording session when she spotted Amelia excitedly waving at her from outside the recording booth.
"I've got amazing news! The collaboration with Jack has been finalized! You're voicing his sister."
She quickly pulled out the contract to show Natasha some of the details. Natasha gasped, covering her mouth in excitement.
Honestly, it didn't matter what role she was given. Being able to work on the same project as Jack was more than enough for her.
"This audiobook is going to have a sequel too. As long as you do well, you'll definitely be called back for future projects!" Amelia added.
Natasha's eyes lit up with confidence. "Don't worry, Ms. Brown. You know I never slack off when it comes to work."
Nigel smiled and nodded at him, his mind already racing with plenty of good ideas. It was all based on experience. All Zachary had to do was follow the plan.
…
After finishing the recording, Amelia had originally planned to grab a meal with Natasha to discuss David's proposal for a collaboration. But in the blink of an eye, Natasha was gone like the wind.
Natasha had never really compared the two jobs she was juggling. One was work that could help people, while the other was her passion.
Being able to turn something you loved into a career was a dream most people couldn't even afford to think of.
"You're back early," Xavier said. He had just finished organizing the data Natasha had left him that morning.
"You haven't eaten yet, right? Here," Natasha said, pulling a sandwich out of her bag. She'd grabbed it from a convenience store on the way back from the studio.
Without even looking up, she added, "Don't thank me just yet. Finish eating, then work on the next set of data."
