She had already checked this morning. The property prices in this novel had only risen halfway so far. She wasn’t sure what Louis planned or whether he would really make a comeback, but no matter what, she had to find a way to buy a house first. She quickly took the apple. “It’s fine. After all, it was bought with your money. You never complained about me being wasteful. I’m already really grateful.”

Louis actually smiled. He usually had a relaxed expression, not particularly cold, but not approachable either. But when he smiled, Freya was stunned. How could a man be this handsome?

“Don’t worry, I will definitely buy you more bags in the future.”

Freya instinctively nodded, then blushed and came to her senses. “Yes, I believe you’ll make a comeback. Don’t rush, I’ll wait for you, and you can buy me more bags then.”
