Read My Past is Just Prologue By Louisa Dillon Chapter 21 – Janet paused suddenly.
Nathaniel?!Why was he here?
Nathaniel was dressed in a black handmade custom–made suit. His eyes were covered with solemnness with overwhelming
oppression.
Nathaniel never wore formal business suits. His clothes were all hand–sewn, showing the dignity and calmness of a mature
man.
For a moment, she felt that she was hallucinating. What the hell?
However, looking at the man’s solemn face and his sharp eyes staring at her like knives, she knew that he was coming for her.
Even if she erased all traces of herself, it would not be difficult for Nathaniel to find her traces.
She looked at the scene in front of her, her drunkenness suddenly faded some.
But they were divorced. They had long been strangers. When they met each other again, they were strangers. There was no need to say hello.
She settled down and looked at the two men who were guarding her side like two generals. Then she walked forward in high heels with her chest upright, elegantly passing Nathaniel, as if they had never known each other before.
“Stop.”
A voice with grimness suddenly sounded.
As if Janet didn’t hear it, she went her way and ignored him.
The next second!
A force tightly locked on her slender wrist so that she couldn’t move half a step.
“Sir, it’s not good to touch me in public, isn’t it?”
Her words deeply irritated Nathaniel’s eardrums. He was taken aback. After a few seconds, he came back to his senses and sneered. It was less than a month after their divorce. But she forgot him quickly.
At this moment, Ernest strode up to Janet, protecting the hot woman behind him.
“What’s up? Tell me. Why do you bully a woman?”
Ernest violently raised her hand, wanting to knock off the big palm that was firmly locked on Janet’s wrist.
“Forget it.”
At this time, Janet, who was behind her, stepped forward between them. With one arm folded, she glanced at the big palm that fell on her wrist and said in a sarcastic tone, “What do you want me to do?”
She had been married to Nathaniel for three years. But he had never touched her.
Now they divorced, and he touched her for the first time.
How ironic!
Looking at the way he stared fiercely, Janet knew that he would not let her go easily today. But he didn’t want to involve irrelevant people in their affairs.
“Go outside and wait for me.”
