My Past is Just Prologue (Janet and Nathaniel) novel Chapter 210

Chapter 210 I Have Nothing To Do With Him

Nathaniel’s voice was very cold, and the temperature of the factory had dropped by several degrees.

Janet was a little stunned when she saw him.

She had heard that someone had come to save her, but she had never thought that this person would be Nathaniel.

A few men were intimidated by Nathaniel’s imposing manner, and they were so scared that their legs went weak.

Jack kicked one of his men, and he knelt on the ground with a thump. Jack gulped.

“Useless. Are you afraid now?”

As Jack spoke, he once again held Janet in his hand. He held Janet’s neck tightly and lifted her.

Nathaniel’s expression changed.

However, Janet didn’t make a sound. She just looked down coldly to gather her strength. If not for the exhaustion of her strength for the time being, Jack would have died without a burial place!

Jack looked at Nathaniel with a disdainful sneer.

“Order me? If you dare to come over, I will kill her right now!”

Nathaniel stopped abruptly.

Jack said arrogantly, “When I first started the robbery, you were crying kids. When I escaped from the border and returned home last time, you were in school. You wanted to threaten me. Do you think I would be afraid?”

He shook Janet, his face full of arrogance.

“Hey, who is this man to you? Is he your lover?”

Apart from this relationship, Jack really couldn’t think of anything else that could make Nathaniel chase them like a madman, from the entrance of the set, as if he didn’t care about his life.

The expression on Janet’s face was calm, and she denied it without thinking.

Unexpectedly, Nathaniel spoke at the same time as her.

“I have nothing to do with him.”

“Her man!”

Their voices overlapped, and it sounded ironic.

Even though Janet was strangled by Jack, she was arrogant. She frowned and looked at Nathaniel, as if she didn’t want to see

him.

“I have had nothing to do with you since a long time ago. Today’s matter has nothing to do with you. You should leave now!”

It was a pity that Nathaniel didn’t get her meaning at all, and he even softened his expression.

Nathaniel knew that Janet still cared about him.

Otherwise, she wouldn’t be thinking about his safety when she was dangerous.

Nathaniel clenched his hands, and the expression on his face gradually became firm.

“Since I’m here today, I will definitely take you away. You don’t have to worry about my safety, and you don’t have to be

afraid.”

Janet rolled her eyes resignedly.

She was lost in thought.

Who cares about your safety?

From beginning to end, I only care about my safety. Letting you go is just because I think that you’ll disrupt my plan and anger

these reckless kidnappers.

Can you stop being so narcissistic?

“Nathaniel, I will say it one last time. There is no relationship between us. I don’t need you to stand up for me here. I hope that you can leave now!”

Before Nathaniel could say anything, Jack suddenly tightened his fingers.

Janet’s neck was suddenly grabbed, and her face turned pale.

“Do you two think I’m dead?”

Jack waved the dagger in his hand, extremely angry. “Stop acting. You are lovers! I will be merciful and let you die together. Today is your funeral, and none of you can leave!”

Jack kicked a steel pipe at his man.

“Stop her lover. Don’t let him delay me from enjoying this beauty here.”

Jack’s subordinate glanced at the steel pipe at his feet, and then at Nathaniel, who was standing at the door like a deity of death. Jack’s subordinate stood still, not daring to move for a while.

“Go. Don’t you want money?”

Under the temptation of the reward, Jack’s subordinates picked up their weapons and rushed toward Nathaniel.

Jack pinched Janet and put her aside. He said in a cold and evil voice, “I’ll give you a chance to see how your lover dies!”

Janet calculated the time in her mind and did not glance at Nathaniel. She said, “I have nothing to do with him.”

Jack raised his eyebrows and snorted coldly, obviously not believing her.

They had obviously underestimated Nathaniel’s strength.

A gangster rushed toward Nathaniel with a steel pipe, but the next second, he was kicked away by Nathaniel and Nathaniel even snatched the steel pipe. When another gangster came up to him, Nathaniel knocked him with a steel pipe, making him

dizzy.

“Fuck Ah!”

Cries of surprise resounded throughout the entire factory.

Nathaniel lowered his head coldly, as if he was a deity of death. Only then did Jack’s subordinates realize that things had gone out of control. They gradually gathered together, and all of them picked up their weapons.

Jack at the side laughed loudly when he saw this scene.
