The answer came almost immediately, I was clearly avoiding Caelum. Letting out a sigh, my gaze shifted/ to my reflection for a moment. Pushing the inevitable way wasn’t going to solve anything, and sooner r later, we were going to have this conversation.

I needed to tell him about ending the deal, this was what I had decided wasn’t it. But then again, there way no reason to rush it, I mean a couple of minutes wouldn’t hurt, would it?

We could have the conversation after having properly prepared myself, and had gotten all my emotions in checks. Letting out a deep breath, I slowly got out of my clothes as my thoughts drifted back to him, wondering what he was doing all alone out there.

Pushing it aside, I reached for the shower control, adjusting the temperature until the water felt right c before stepping beneath the steam, the warm water pouring over my head and down my skin.

Closing my eyes, I lift a hand over my hair, running it down, before letting out another breath.

I closed my eyes, lifting a hand to run it through my hair as I finally let myself breathe. I stayed like this for some minutes, just enjoying the feel of the water againt my body, when I felt a arm wrap around me from behind.

I gaspe, my bed meeting a solid chest, and for a second, I couldn’t even process what was happening.

“Caelum..” I let out softly as my breath caught, then I slowly turned to find him standing behind me.

He still had his shirt onc the water soaking through the fabric, clinging to him as droplet ran down his hair and face. My gaze rested on his and his on mine. There was something in his that had me almost squirming, as I feel the heat begin to settle between my thighs.

No..Delilah, don’t even think about it. I could not do this, I couldn’t. I had already decided and was supposed to end this, walk away before I fell even harder.

Don’t let this go further, end it now..don’t fall for him.

Don’t..

My thoughts scattere, and despite every warning screaming inside my head, my hand moved anyway, grabbing his shirt, pulling him closer, pressing my lips against his.

The kiss was soft at first, but it didn’t stay that way as it takes up the speed, moving in a speed that felt like a settling of a match to gasoline as I feel everything in me ignite.

A moan, one that was so feral and full of needs escapes my lips as I wrap my arm around his neck, pulling him closer. His arm that had been around me tightens around my wasit as he pulls me closer, his tongue stroking across my lips, and I open for him, feeling the heat, fire and pleasure.

I was soaking wet

ding his hands down my ass, he lifts me off the floor, pressing me against the wall a little bit hard, my leg wrapping naturally around his waist, pulling us together intimately, as the water hits our skin..

This was wrong, but it feels so dantin right. I couldn’t help the way my body felt, or how our body felt sp good together, and could feel just how hard he was against me, making me ache for him.

If I didn’t stop this from getting further, then I wasn’t going to be able to stop. And damn..that was the last thing on my mind, stopping him.

“Caelum..” I say breathless and in between gasp for breath, “I think we need to talk..We shouldn’t..”

“Why..” he says just as breathless as I was.

“You should know why.”

“You know why.”

He makes a low sound with his throat, before pulling back far enough to look into my face, at level with mine since he’s holding me up. “I don’t know why, and as much as I would like for you to enlighten me. I don’t think I can stop, Delilah.”

“We can’t do this, don’t you know..” I felt like I was falling through the floor when he kiss me this time, and just like before, I made no attempt to resist.

“Will your parents be back anytime soon?” he asks agaisnt my skin and I could feel my breath catch as I tilt my head back, giving him more access. my

“No..” My response comes out in form of a moan, and I force myself to continue speaking, his lips seem to erase every functioning brain cell, sending spirals of heat down through my core. “they are on a business trip and won’t be back tonight until tomorrow evening.”

I feel the corner of his mouth lift against my skin, nibbling on my neck, “Good,” he presses his lips to my ear, whispering, “because I plan on being inside you for hours.”

God, he had gotten so confident, so unapologetically, almost feral in as though he had finally stopped holding himself back. And the worst part was that I loved it

I shudder against his body, vision going blank with overwhelming arousal

Loved him

The words came hesitantly, almost like my mind was afraid to admit them.

I loved him

Maybe I had for longer than I was willing to acknowledge.

My chest tightens, knowing that whatever happens after tonight, things between us wouldn’t remain the

same.

So maybe I deserved this, one last time with him, one last moment before I let everything change.

Caelum’s like crashes down on mine again, stealing my breath and consuming me as he carries me effortless back into my bedroom, sprawling us both on the bed.

Feeling him pressing me into the mattress, feeling his cock stringing to get through me through his pants. as the feel of his lips remained on mine.

“I meant every word, Delilah. And I planning on keeping to it, taking you every way you’ll let me. I do plan on making you scream my name till your lungs give out.”

I feel the wetness settle between my thighs as the warmth rising in my cheeks making it obvious just how affected I was by his words, “You’re getting a little too confident, you know that?”

His lips curves into a slow, knowing smirk, and the look in his eyes made my pulse stumble. “How about we find out..” this wasn’t a question.

The words hung between us, charge with possibility. Our gazes held, and suddenly, all the clever things could have said disappeared from my mind.

“Stay the night,” the words slips from my lips before I could stop them and for one suspended second, neither of us spoke.

I froze, caught between the thrill of having said it and the panic of wondering what he might hear in it.

Why the hell did I just blurt that out

“Only if you want to,” I quickly added, “I mean, you probably can’t anyway. Your parents might get worried and It was stupid of me to ask you to stay over. Just forget I said anything.”

He gently places a hand over mine, effectively silencing my ramble, the warmth of his touch spread through me.

“My parents aren’t going to be around either,” he said, “and if they were, I doubt they’d mind me spending the night at Derek’s.”

I frown, trying to steady myself, “Who’s Derek?”

He stares at me for a second before that teasing smile return, lingering just long enough to make me wonder what else he was thinking, “A friend I just made up.”

A laugh escapes me before I could stop it, loosening the tension. He shakes his head, still smiling.
