I slowly got up and walked out of the room.
"Josh? Shanun? "Are you home?"
I walked down the stairs and saw a voice, like someone chatting in the yard next to the house. I walked closer to the source of the sound.
"Hi, Alice? "It turns out that you are awake?" Shaun, with a smile on his face, approached me.
"Wake up?" I'm getting more confused.
"Yes, you slept for a long time. Look! Josh has cooked for you; come on! Eat! "A long sleep must have made you very hungry," Shanun said as he slightly pulled my arm.
"Hi, Alice? You look so fresh! "We've both been waiting for you to wake up for a long time," Josh said as he burned the meat.
Still confused, I sat down. Every now and then I see Shanun and Mate.
"Hmm, what happened to me?" I asked.
For a moment, they both stared at me.
"Hi, Alice? What are you asking? "You're sleeping so hard!"
"Am I too lazy?"
"Yes," Josh answered.
"So, what I experienced was just a dream?" But why is it all so real? Even if I still remember every detail of what I experienced yesterday, Hah! My leg?"
I immediately saw that my leg was actually scarred.
"If I dream," Why are these wounds real?"
I touched the wound on my leg and pressed it.
"Aw! It hurts!"
Josh and Shanun pretended not to see me. Josh continues grilling meat, while Shanun is suddenly busy with her phone.
"Mate? "I have to meet my mate!" I say it in my heart.
"Shanun, I want to meet with Mate." "Can you give me his home address?"
"What?"
Shanann was surprised by what I said. She looked at me unblinkingly.
"Yes, there is something I have to ask him. Can you help me?"
Shanun was silent; she didn't immediately give me Mate's home address. She was silent, like a confused girl.
"Shanun? "Please, can you help me?" my prayer again.
"Indeed, what would you ask of Mate, Alice?" "He doesn't seem to be at home," Shanun replied as she occasionally averted her eyes.
"Where To Mate?"
"He has business with his family." "And as far as I know, the business is very important."
"So, can't I meet him?"
"It seems so," Shanun replied.
"But there's a very important thing I have to ask him!" I said it in a louder voice.
However, Shanun still did not reveal Mate's home address. I was so upset that I ran into the room and closed the door very hard.
Braaakk!
"Alice? Why are you here? And, how do you know the house?" asked Mate, who was surprised to see my arrival.
"I was looking for you, Mate! I deliberately stole your home address from Shanun because I wanted to ask you about...
"Shhhhh...! "Not here!" said Mate while pulling my hand away from his house.
"Why?"
"My parents will hear!"
"What? What if they hear me coming? What did I do wrong?" I asked.
However, Mate didn't care about my question. He kept pulling at me until we ended up sitting right in the middle of a park complex.
We both sat face-to-face. Looks like Mate looks uncomfortable upon my arrival. I also had a chance to catch Mate glancing at my feet.
"It still hurts," I said when I found Mate looking at my feet for the second time.
"What?"
"My feet hurt," I said again.
Mate seemed speechless and lowered his head as if he knew what I was going to ask.
"Mate, can I ask you something?"
"Of course," replied Mate with a sigh.
"I experienced something very real." In that dream, I experienced many things, and you came to help me. I also remember very well how you saved me from Alpha, the greedy wolf man who used me for his personal power. In fact, when I just married Alpha, you came and said that if the news of my marriage had already spread in the outside world, was it true? Did you really come to save me? "What do you mean by the outside world?" I asked with a heavy heart.
Mate was silent. I could see him breathing a second time. Mate poked his head while occasionally turning his face to the right and left sides.
