After about ten minutes, a sleek, black Bugatti stopped outside a detached building with a courtyard in the suburbs of Sothbale.
That was the headquarters of Madison's security firm. She had specifically asked Brett to find a building with a huge compound, making it convenient for the company staff to live, eat, and train there.
Brett immediately approached her when he saw her getting out of the car. "Ms. Quinn."
Several tall, burly men in training clothes followed him. Madison could tell from their identical hairstyles and the way they conducted themselves that they were all military veterans.
"You've worked hard, Mr. Herman." Madison smiled slightly at Brett and nodded at the tall and burly men beside him.
Brett began introducing them one by one. "This is the general manager of the company, and his name is Landon Quilton.
"This is the manager of the human resources department, David Statten. These three men are from the finance department—Philip Shelward, Ronald Jonson, and Luther Dorston."
"Hello, Ms. Quinn." The new staff members greeted her politely.
Madison nodded and led them into the office to talk. On the way, she briefly got to know each of them.
Landon was the oldest among all of them. He looked as if he were about 45 years old and was the most grizzled out of all of them. He seemed as if he would have many stories to tell.
Apart from Landon, there were Luther, David, Philip, and Ronald, in order of age.
Madison asked, "Are the rest of the staff here today?"
David nodded. "Yes, they are."
"If so, tell everyone to come to the conference room. I have some arrangements to announce regarding your work."
"Got it." David took out his phone and tagged everyone in their work group chat.
While waiting, Madison asked David for a copy of all the information on each staff member.
