Inside, Maddox saw Sam carrying Madison into the villa.

Normally, when Sam got sick, he would never take the initiative to come to him. It was only when something had happened to Madison that Sam would rush to call him over.

Nestled in Sam's arms, Madison listened to the aggrieved voice of the man downstairs. She felt as if she just had some honey, as a sweet sensation surged through her heart.

She hadn't expected that Sam would actually call Maddox over just for menstrual cramps.

"Sam, will this affect your relationship with Maddox?" She looked up worriedly at the man before her.

Sam glanced down at her and said calmly, "It won't. I won't shortchange him."

And indeed, that was exactly the case.

Maddox held the keys to a supercar of which only ten existed worldwide in his hand. He had no resentment left, only fawning toward his golden goose.

"Sam, don't worry. I'll go back and study how women should nourish their bodies." He kissed the keys happily. "My dream car!"

He gazed at the car keys with a creepy, infatuated look.
