Back in Time to Fall for Him novel Chapter 81

Exiting the building, Madison saw Johnny holding onto a railing as three security guards were trying to pull him off. A group of passersby was filming the entire scene.

Madison quickly walked over with a darkened expression. "Johnny."

"Maddy." Johnny looked up at Madison with eagerness.

The guards immediately greeted Madison. She nodded at them in return and said, "Let me handle this. Get the crowd to disperse, then you can leave."

"Yes, Ms. Quinn." Soon, the guards dispersed the crowd and returned to their positions.

Since the crowd was no longer around, Madison asked, "Didn't I warn you not to come and harass me?"

"Maddie, I was thinking that since two days have passed, you should've cooled off a little. I want to explain what happened that day." Johnny went up to her and tried to hold her hand.

Unfortunately, Madison came prepared. She swerved and snickered at the man in front of her.

"I saw it with my own eyes. What else is there to explain? Or are you trying to say that Kaitlyn drugged you?" Madison asked mockingly.

However, she did not expect Johnny to shamelessly go along with it.

"Maddie, you're right! Kaitlyn really did drug me! If not, why didn't I notice it was her and not you? I was drugged and not thinking straight.

"Maddie, trust me. I really never thought of betraying you. Can you give me another chance? I really can't lose you.

"I feel so terrible since you've been ignoring me for the past two days. My life feels meaningless now." Johnny clutched his chest as he confessed his feelings to Madison, his voice tender.

He reached his hand out to her once more. Madison moved away as usual, but Johnny was quicker this time and managed to grab her sleeve.

"Johnny York, let go of me!" Madison yelled, her face twisted with contempt.

Johnny ignored Madison, looking at her with pure infatuation. "Maddie, I really can't lose you. Can you please not break up with me? We can start over. I promise I'll never see Kaitlyn again."

Madison was so disgusted by his attitude that she started to dry-heave.

Johnny's expression suddenly stiffened, but Madison didn't notice. That was because her attention was fixated on the car stopped nearby.

That was Sam's car—one of its kind in the entire country!
