Back in Time to Fall for Him novel Chapter 80

Madison felt a little uneasy at how defensive Sienna was and shot back, "What do you mean?"

Sienna walked toward Madison and pointed at her, "I saw it with my own eyes! Hand over the thing you have behind your back. If not, I'll call security!"

Madison was so furious that she laughed. "Ms. Scott, are you suspecting me of theft?"

"Was I wrong?" Sienna looked at her condescendingly, her eyes filled with contempt and hatred.

Madison took a deep breath to suppress the anger in her heart before asking grimly, "Ms. Scott, don't you think you're a little impetuous for calling me a thief? Where's the proof?"

Remembering how Sienna had helped her in the previous life, Madison didn't want to make an enemy of her.

Sienna didn't know all that, but she noticed Madison wasn't upset at her questioning—merely surprised. She raised an eyebrow and smirked. "Proof? Do I need to remind you what you've done in the past?"

Madison was instantly speechless. She almost forgot all the stupid things she had done in the past.

Sienna started listing them out, one by one.

"Five years ago, you found an excuse to bring Mr. Goodwin lunch, then you stole a billion-dollar contract. Three years ago, you made Mr. Goodwin take you to visit Goodwin Corp labs, but you streamed it online.

"A year ago, you changed a three-billion-dollar contract all because of your stupid boyfriend. With that, you almost broke the company's capital chain.

"Oh, Madison. Sometimes, I really wonder how heartless you can be?"

In the heat of the moment, Sienna felt bad for Sam and exclaimed, "Look at how nice Sam is to you! When your parents died, all of your relatives only wanted your inheritance, and none of them wanted to take care of you.

Sienna was stumped. Suddenly, she remembered the reason why she came looking for Madison and said, "You have nothing to be smug about.

"Your degenerate boyfriend has come looking for you again, and he's causing a scene at the entrance. You're nothing but trouble. One day—sooner or later—Sam will hate you."

"Ha, you're wrong. Even if I'm nothing but trouble, Sam won't give up on me." Madison wasn't surprised to hear that Johnny was looking for her again, but she wasn't happy with what Sienna said.

She raised an eyebrow and said, "Even if I'm nothing but trouble, Sam won't give up on me. If not, I wouldn't be here, arguing with you."

Madison placed the photo frame back on the desk. She walked past Sienna and left the office.

Madison had to deal with Johnny. She needed to make sure the dirtbag was not going to cause Sam any more trouble.
