Upon hearing Joshua’s joking tone, Xylia rolled her eyes.

After spending some time adjusting to life with the Sadler family, she began thinking again about the studio.
Whenever she thought about the studio, she also recalled the 600 thousand Joshua had lent her–300 thousand as an investment and the other 300 thousand as a personal loan. Now that she had money, she should pay him back.
“Joshua, please provide me with your bank card number so that I can return the money to you,” she said.
“Money?” Joshua was momentarily confused.
“Did you forget? You helped me successfully bid on Grandma’s painting for 600 thousand,” she added.
As his memory returned, Joshua smiled faintly. “Wasn’t that an investment in your studio?”
“You invested 300 thousand, and my studio hasn’t even started yet. I’ll transfer the remaining 300 thousand to you, plus two months of interest. Would a total of 330 thousand work?” she said.
“Ms. Schultz, you quite generous now. It would be rude of me to refuse,” Joshua replied.
He sent Xylia his bank account number. Once she received it, Xylia quickly made the transfer. After Joshua confirmed he received it, he started chatting casually with Xylia.
Wearing headphones, Xylia hung her grandmother’s painting on the bedroom wall while talking to Joshua.
“How’s it going? Are you getting used to living with the Sadler family?” he asked.
“It’s fine. My brothers are all very kind to me,” she replied, though she still needed time to fully adapt to life there.
Joshua’s eyes darkened. “Give me your address, and I’ll send you a medicated patch.”
“Rachel gave me one before I left,” she said.
“She has changed the formula again and asked me to send it to you,” he added.
Xylia was puzzled, Rachel could have just asked for her address to send it directly, without needing to go through him. But she didn’t question him further and gave him her address.
Joshua also told Xylia about the recent situation with Connor and Tessa.
Xylia didn’t show much of an emotional reaction. From now on, she wanted nothing to do with the Ford or Schultz families.
After hanging up, the butler knocked on her bedroom door. Xylia opened the door, and the butler smiled at her. “Mr. Sadler has returned. You…”

Before the butler could finish, hurried footsteps echoed from the hallway. “Xylia!”
Xylia turned toward the sound, her eyes widening in disbelief. “Leon?”
Leon, still dressed in an elegant suit, his makeup still intact, and his hair stiff with gel from the travel, looked a bit disheveled from his journey.
He stood before Xylia, breathing heavily, with a smile on his face and excitement shining in his eyes. “Xylia, let me introduce myself properly. I’m Leon Sadler, I’m your third brother.”
Xylia’s eyes grew wide as she stared at Leon, her mind racing with memories of their previous encounters. No wonder she had always felt that Leon had been looking at her strangely and helping her all the time.
Seeing her silent, Leon assumed she was upset and quickly explained, “I meant to meet you in Jupiton, but the situation at the time was unusual. I wanted to know if you were living well, so I kept it a secret.
“If you’re upset, just hit me or tell me what you want. I’ll get it for you. Just don’t be angry and don’t ignore
me.”
Xylia looked at Leon, her brows furrowing slightly. It wasn’t so much that she was angry, but she didn’t like being deceived.
However, since Leon was her idol and he was standing there, eagerly looking at her, she couldn’t bring herself to be mad. “I’m not angry.”
“I’m glad to hear that.” Leon quickly took Xylia’s hand and pulled her downstairs. “I brought you a gift. Come take a look.”
Xylia was pulled upstairs by Leon. On the third floor, there was a large room with ventilation on all sides. The moonlight poured in through the windows, illuminating the room even without the lights on.
There was a bookcase along the wall, a large desk, and an easel with a stool beside the bed.
Leon turned on the light. The light made the furniture come to life–the solid wood bookcase and desk, the wooden floor, and the cabinet near the door filled with paints. It was a well–designed and comfortable room, perfect for a designer.
“When I was in Jupiton, I knew you liked drawing design plans. I had designers work overtime to renovate this studio for you. Do you like it?” Leon asked.
Xylia nodded slightly, deeply touched. “But how did you know I liked fashion design?”
Seeing how much she liked the room, Leon couldn’t hide his joy. He proudly lifted his chin. “I have my ways.”
He said it mysteriously, but Xylia had already figured it out. She remembered posting a design drawing on her Instagram before. Maybe Leon had seen it there.
Leon suddenly put his arm around Xylia’s shoulder, gently pushed her into the studio, and began showing her the layout.
“The bookshelf and the books were picked by Kaden. He always thought his taste was more refined, and he
