My mother’s face flushed and her eyes snapped to me and Allie before she shoved my aunt out the kitchen.

I made a face as I suddenly realiseed what she ment by ‘freak‘. I shuddered in disgust. That was so not what I wanted to

think about.

My father walked in a thoughtful look on his face. “Why is you mother beating Seven with a spoon?”

I shrugged laughing lightly. My father just shook his head and kissed Allie’s forehead then mine.

‘I’m going to tan.” I said picking up my towel. My dad nodded and grabbed one of the sandwich’s my mom had been

preparing and sat down beside Allie.

“Cupcake?”

I groaned internally and ignored Blaze as he called out to me.

The sound of laughter reached me as I stepped outside. The triplets who were Blaze’s younger siblings splashed each

other in the pool along with my cousins Cole and Rick who were Aunt Seven’s children.

I had no idea why they all liked to seem to come to our pool when they had their own at the pack house. But I

remembered all the other pack children swimmed in that one too.

“Hey Bree!” Lyra called her white hair striking against her tan face. I waved to them and walked over to one of the chairs

laying my towel on it.

I squealed in surprise as I was suddenly attacked into a hug.I looked up to see Tally’s smiling face. Tobi stood behind us

shaking his head.

Tally and Tobi were my best friends and also happen to be twins. Only royal’s could have mutliple sets of children and we learned that Tally and Tobi happened to be apart of the royal family in Europe who apparently were a whole other set of Royals.it was all quite confusing but I understood that the twins were in no way related to my family.

I asked my mom about it one time and she told me thier were eight separate kingdoms and that every year all the

royals would have a ball and interact with each other seeing as it was likely for a royal to be mate of another royal

“Hey birthday girl!” She squealed.

I rolled my eyes ‘My birthday isn’t for a week.”

“Yes but who cares my bestie is turning 18! Are you excited? She asked pulling off her sun dress revealing her bright

yellow bikini. A strangled sound had us both looking over to the house were we saw Blaze

He cleared his throat and went over to the large patio table.

Shrugging Tally turned back to me. So are we going out or what?” She asked laying down in the chair beside mine. I

sighed and relaxed into my own chair watching absently as Tobi went over to Blaze giving him one of those wierd man

hugs.

“I don’t know I guess we could. My parents what to throw a big party and everything but I don’t know if I even want one.”

“What!” She screeched.

“Of course your having a party! This is the biggest day of your life. Your going to find your mate and have babies and get

married and everything’s just going to be perfect.” She sighed.

I gave her a wierd look. “Tally I’m pretty sure thats what you want not me.” I laughed lightly.

“But…you do want to find your mate right?” She asked turning on her side to look at me.

I gave her a small smile. “Of course I do who dosn’t dream of the day they find thier other half its just–” I sighed and

shook my head.

“So what are you and Tobi doing for your birthday?” I asked changing the subject.

She gave me a look telling me we’d finish the subject later. “Tobi wants to go out with all the guys but I want a party.”

Tally and Tobi’s birthday was a week after mine and she nonstop talked about her mysterious mate. She had this whole

image built up in her head and I prayed that she would get some one who cherished her.

It was silent between us for a while each of us bathing in the warm sun. The sounds of the other in the pool moving

around us.

Suddenly I was jerked up from my chair and thrown into the air. A scream escaped my lips before I was suddenly engulf
