My mom had finally stop crying but was clutching me tightly as if afraid I’d disappear.

She cooed over me running her hands over my face and hair.

I looked at her face in slight awe. She was beautiful. Her hair was long and a blond that appeared like spun gold. It curled down her shoulder in silky waves.

My father said nothing just holding us both tightly kissing my head absently.

After awhile I grew restless and whimpered. “Teddy bear I’m hungry!” I whined frowning at him. He promised when we got here I could eat. The liar.

“Who the hell is Teddy bear?” Clay asked me bewildered.

Lee chuckled and pointed at Adrain who scowled at me. “Aww are you Emma’s Teddy bear?” he

cooed.

“Shut up jerk” Adrain spat.

“Foood!” I moaned.

“You wouldn’t forget some thing like that would you?” he chuckled.

“Nope!” I grinned.

My mother smiled at me cupping my face. “Your so beautiful I always knew you’d be”

I actually teared up at that. Sniffling I slide out of their hold and shook off the tears.

“No more crying” I told her sternly. She blinked at me surprise on her face while amusement flickered on my father’s face.

There was no way I would ever see them as the King and Queen. The Lycan in me saw them as mommy and daddy. My Lycan side recognized who they were before I did.

“Crying makes people sad” i frowned to myself.

For some reason I thought of Andy. Now that I wasn’t angry anymore I realised how horribale i was. I’d scarred his face! One of my best friends I’d hurt him!”

A part of my mind was wondering why i was being so ADD with my thoughts lately.

“Luke” I sniffed.

Instantly he was by my side holding my hand. “What baby?”

“I hurt Andy” I told him panicked.

Suddenly I saw Adrain standing near the door with a plate of food.

I quickly ran to him taking the plate greedily. I looked up startled to see everyone staring at me. I swallowed the pineapple I’d been chewing

“What?!”

“When is this……phase going to be over? I miss my old mate” Luke grumbled slumping on to the couch. I skipped over to him and plopped down on his lap eating my food happily.

“So you are my daughter’s mate?” My father asked in a low voice.

“Uh yes…I mean yes sir! King…..sir” Luke fumbled nervously making me giggle. He pinched my side in warning making me stick my tongue out at him.

“So you’ve fully mated with her I see” my father observed staring at my neck where my mark was. Luke looked like he was about to have a stroke with all the sputtered he was doing.

Well since he wasn’t making any since I answered for him. “Sure did” I winked and popped another grape in my mouth.

“He’s really good at it too” i mumbled to myself.

“Shut up Emma!” Luke hissed his face so red i worried if he had a fever.
