I groaned as Adrain ran off laughing loudly as Andy screamed threats at him.
Minutes later my phone beeped telling me Adrain had uploading a picture to Facebook. I banged my head on the table knowing Andy was going to be moody as hell after this.
I was freaking out!
What the hell do you wear to a party like this! I mean what if the Alpha thought I was trying to hard or I wasn’t trying hard enough? What if he thought I looked like a slob?
Ugh this was torture!
All Cameron had told me was that they were having a party. Was it a formal party or a backyard kind of thing?
Hoping it was the backyard kind of thing I picked out my favorite teal colored dress that reached above my knees. It was simple yet very cute.
Deciding I could fancy up my hair a little I grabbed my wand and curled my hair exactly how I wanted it. About three hours later I deemed myself as good as I was going to get.
Nerves were making my stomach clench painfully. What if people thought I was a slut or something; not that I had any reason to give them that impression, but…..I don’t know, god I should probably stop thinking like this.
“Em the wolf dude’s here!” Andy yelled from the living room. I rolled my eyes at his name for Cameron. Crap Cameron was here! Glancing at myself in the mirror I prayed I had dressed right.
I grabbed my clutch bag and forced my way into the living room. Cameron stood in the middle of the room with a amused look on his face as Andy and Adrain glared at him.
When he noticed me his eyes widen in surprise.
“Wow you look….wow,” Cameron breathed.
“I’m dressed for the occasion right?” I asked nervously noticing he was wearing a nice button up
shirt and dark slacks.
He gave me a guilty look and shifted uneasily “Sorry I forgot to tell you it’s a formal dinner you’ll be
under dressed, but you’ll be fine.”
What no! Everyone would be staring at me! I was going to stick out like a sore thumb.
Cameron busted out laughing and grabbed my hand kissing my cheek. “I’m kidding your dressed perfectly don’t be so nervous.”

I hit him with my purse making him chuckle as he rubbed his arm.
“You’re not funny!” I glared at him.
I rolled my eyes and went to Adrain and Andy kissing both their cheeks telling them I’d be back
later.
“Promise to call me if anything happens?” Adrain asked seriously.
I smiled reassuringly at him and nodded.
As we walked down to Cameron’s car he looked at me thoughtfully “They care a lot about you don’t they?”
I shrugged blushing slightly “I guess so their like my older brothers.”
We talked on the way music playing in the background. He made a comment every now and then that sent my cheeks up in flames and turn me into a stuttering idiot.
He found it amusing that I was easily embarrassed by his comments which then encouraged him to say them repeatedly.
I’d never blushed this much in my life heck I didn’t know I could blush.
My eyes widen at the sight of the pack house which looked slightly similar to my old one. This one screamed money and wealth. Though my old pack had enough money for a small country, but they didn’t flaunt it like this house or well this mansion did.
Expensive cars all shiny and lined along the road and driveway. Music could be heard from behind the house along with screams and laughter. I felt my nerves get to me again making me fidget.
Cameron intertwined our hands making me relax slightly, a smile pulling at my lips.
He grinned at me and pulled me through the doors. People were everywhere and I sighed in relief when I noticed I was dress appropriately.
Suddenly a two red haired pixie like girl came out of nowhere and leapt into Cameron’s arms yelling his name. I felt a spark of jealously, but then I saw the striking resembles in their faces.
“Hey Sarah.” Cameron chuckled.
Sarah’s eyes moved over to me excitement filling them. “Oooh is this that girl your always talking about?!” She gushed jumping out of his arms.
Cameron blushed and lightly hit the back of her head “shut up,” he muttered not meeting my gaze.
“Hi I’m Cameron’s sister she smiled.
My eyes widen in shock. While Cameron’s hair was brown and hers was such a flaming red it looked

unreal even though I could tell it was her natural color.
“Prissy boy here dyed his hair a couple years back, because apparently our natural color isn’t man enough,” she rolled her eyes and looped her arm through mine. I laughed and looked at Cameron who just glared at his sister who smirked.
I couldn’t imagine him with Sarah’s bright red hair, but then again I was use to his brown locks.
“Come on I can tell you all of Cameron’s embarrassing stories,” Sarah said looping my free arm with hers and pulling me away.
“Don’t you dare!” Cameron shouted.
“Of course not,” The Sarah said over her shoulder. Cameron groaned and walked out of my sight. But I wasn’t nervous anymore and I really liked Sarah. She was like a compacted little box of energy.
I instantly knew we were going to be good friends.
“So you and my brother huh?” Sarah grinned leading me outside. People glanced at me curiously but none of them glared or stared for too long. They didn’t seem bothered with me here just
curious.
