Chapter 164 The Cloud Garden
Chapter 164 The Cloud Garden
“It’s just color sorting! Easy
TartKing’s hands were a blur as she picked up the crystals and slotted them into the matching pipes.
Red was in.
Yellow was in.
Blue…
“Wait.”
Riley suddenly grabbed her hand.
“What’s up?” TartKing blinked.
Riley pointed to the blue slot.

“There’s a tiny purple mark next to the blue slot. And a small orange mark next to the yellow one.”
Riley narrowed her eyes. “This isn’t just sorting.”
“Look at the crystals on the floor. We only have red, yellow, blue, and green. There are no purple or orange ones.”
TartKing looked closer and it clicked.
“Oh! I get it! Red and Blue is Purple! Red and Yellow is Orange!
“We need to put two crystals in those slots!”
If they hadn’t noticed the marks and just shoved single crystals in, they probably would have triggered a trap.
“That was sneaky,” TartKing said, wiping cold
smat from her brow.
With Riley’s observation, the rest wa
a breeze.

They worked in sync–Riley identified the marks, and TartKing slotted them in.
Click.
As the final pair of “Blue and Yellow is Green” crystals entered the slots, the rainbow door emitted a soft glow and slid open.
Behind it was a winding, spiral wooden staircase.
“Hehe! We did it!”
TartKing reached out and gave Riley a high–five.
“Let’s go.”
Riley dusted off her hands.

Chapter 164 The Cloud Garden
This floor was much easier than the first. Since we’ve solved both tiers, it should be time for the reward.”
“I can’t wait!”

The spiral stairs were longer than expected, winding up the inside of the massive trunk. Occasionally, they passed windows carved directly into the bark.
A quick glance outside showed the canopy of the Crystal Rainforest below, looking like a mosaic of emerald tiles.
“Huff… huff… how much further…”
Tartking gripped the railing, her legs shaking. Her meager stamina bar was bottoming out; she was running on pure willpower now.
“Almost there.”
Riley looked up.
The clouds seemed close enough to touch, and she could see the edge of a massive platform.
“Keep going. Last hundred steps.”
Riley grabbed TartKing’s sleeve and practically hauled her up.
Finally, they stepped past the last stair and through a thin veil of mist.
Their vision opened up instantly.
The fatigue vanished the moment they saw the view.
“Woah…”
TartKing plopped down on the floor, mouth agape, forgetting to breathe.
This was the very top of the “Sky Tree“-The Cloud Garden.
It was a circular platform the size of a football field, crafted entirely from a shimmering golden wood.
There was no roof. Above them was a sky so blue it was almost transparent. Clouds drifted around the platform like giant marshmallows, looking close enough to grab.
The perimeter was lined with exotic plants they’d never seen before, arranged neatly on wooden gardening racks.
Some flowers were as big as dinner plates with rainbow–gradient petals.
Others grew on vines with fruit that looked like wind chimes, tinkling softly in the breeze.
And in the center of the platform…
There were no mobs, no chests, and no boss.
Just a set of incredibly elegant “vacation–style” furniture.
