Assistant Philip used all his strength to cling to Lucas's leg.

It was the same little girl who had come to her for help with a math problem. She was Lucas's sister.

Lucas stood by the bed, holding his sister's hand. "Sis, please wake up. I'll play with you, I'll do math problems with you, okay? No matter how boring they are, I'll do them with you."

Though the world saw him as a little demon, he truly adored his sister.

Natalie felt Liana's pulse. It was erratic, a sign of severe emotional shock.

Philip and the doctors panicked.

Philip quickly corrected himself. He wasn't ready to die just yet.

Lucas was frantic with worry. Liana looked at her brother and made a sign to tell him not to worry.
