Two consecutive shots rang out from The Observation Tower.

Amadis's expression darkened drastically. He yelled at Bianca, "Run!"

"..." Amadis fell silent for a second before snapping his gaze toward the observation tower over three thousand feet away.

Elsewhere, Stellan had already shifted his position the moment Bianca interfered. With more people flooding the area, he knew he had missed his best window to eliminate Vivienne.

Just as he rounded the corner, a dark figure blocked his path.

"You think you can just shoot and run?" Preston pointed his gun squarely at Stellan's forehead. "Did I say you could leave?"

Stellan's eyes darkened as he slowly raised his hands.

Preston cocked the hammer, preparing to fire, when Stellan suddenly stepped forward, pressing his forehead directly against the barrel of the gun.

"It seems Mr. Everhart isn't fully aware of tonight's arrangements?"

A glint of realization flashed in Preston's eyes, though his face remained unreadable. "You work for the Everhart family? Then you really deserve to die."

Stellan answered unhurriedly, "My value alive is far greater than my value dead."

With a swift motion, he pulled off his ski mask. "Why don't you go ask the Patriarch before making a decision?"

Now that his face was exposed, the Everhart family had more than enough power to track him down and kill him later if they wanted to.

Another gunshot echoed from the direction of The Observation Tower.
