Cheated Once Cherished Forever: The Billionaire's Bride novel Chapter 117

Isabella felt dizzy, and her face was flushed as she was gently pushed onto the bed. The next second, Theodore was on top of her. Today, he seemed more urgent than usual, kissing her while moving inside.

She didn't dare open her eyes. She bit her finger as her entire body flushed red.

Seeing her so obedient like this, Theodore didn't know whether to hold back or go all in. He was afraid of hurting her yet wanted them to be even closer…

In the end, he only pressed a light kiss to her lips. He didn't go further as his body lay over hers, his lips barely brushing over hers as he whispered, "Bella…"

She stirred, her eyes half-lidded and her answer lost somewhere between a sigh and a faint moan.

"I'm going in," he said, and in the next instant, he moved fully.

She couldn't hold back a sound, letting out an "ah" like a fish gasping for air. She tried to push away from the furnace-like heat of his embrace, but his hand was on her back, holding her down. Their bodies collided again.

Her small frame was no match for him. He could manipulate her however he wanted. By the end, she was pleading repeatedly, but the culprit had no intention of stopping.

It wasn't until her soft whimpers reached him that he finally came to his senses and licked the nape of her neck that was damp with sweat. He stroked her hair, saying, "Sorry… It'll be quick, very quick."

Though he apologized, his actions didn't slow down in the slightest.

No wonder they said men couldn't be trusted for what they said in bed. And it was true.

She set multiple alarms so that she wouldn't oversleep the next day.

Getting up took every ounce of her strength. Stepping off the bed, her legs nearly gave out, and she almost fell to her knees. Luckily, it wasn't her first time, and she had the experience to manage it.

After a dazed washing up, she went downstairs and saw Theodore at the table with his laptop, likely working.

He had just taken a sip of warm water. With the rim of the cup still against his lips, he looked up at her, his gaze unusually gentle. "I was at the hospital for my annual checkup last week and asked the doctor to give me the shot while I was there."

He set down his cup, his fingers tapping lightly on the table. When he spoke, his voice carried subtle seriousness. "Those emergency pills can be rough on the body. It's safer if I handle it myself."

At that moment, she didn't even know what she was feeling. Was she touched by how thoughtful he was? Or was it the sting of knowing they'd never have a child together?

"What's wrong?" Seeing that she remained silent, he came to her side and bent down to ruffle her hair. His thumb brushed against the tip of her ear, which had gone pink. "Are you still tired? Do you want me to ask for the day off for you?"

She closed her eyes for a moment, then looked up with a sweet smile on her face. "I already took the day off. There's a gathering today, somewhere near your office."

"Oh? Which hotel?"

"It seems to be called Grand Crest Hotel."
