Malcom's face turned as white as a sheet, his eyes fixed on Vanessa.
A dark, intense hatred churned in his gaze.
At this point, the crowd fully realized they had been played for fools by the two of them!
Manager Warren quickly retrieved the footage and projected it onto the massive LED screen in the main hall, completely exposing the entire farce.
Giselle was seen holding a glass of wine, deliberately maneuvering close to Vanessa before suddenly throwing herself forward. Vanessa, sensing it coming, effortlessly sidestepped.
With no one to catch her, Giselle face-planted straight onto the floor. Throughout the entire ordeal, the two never made a single ounce of physical contact.
What followed was Giselle's tearful performance of playing the victim, and Malcom chiming in to help frame her.
Their pathetic, deceitful faces were magnified on the giant screen for all to see. The crowd stared in stunned silence, utterly appalled by their shameless behavior.
Giselle swayed on her feet, so humiliated she wanted the floor to swallow her whole. She turned, desperate to make a humiliating escape.
But as she rushed past, Vanessa reached out and firmly grabbed her wrist.
"Where are you going, Giselle?"
Vanessa wore a soft, gentle smile, her tone light and airy. "Even though you lack talent and maliciously tried to frame me, we are sisters after all. As long as you apologize, I naturally won't hold it against you."
Anyone could play the role of the forgiving, magnanimous victim.
Giselle struggled violently. "Vanessa, let go of me! I would rather die than apologize to you!"
She had caused her to lose every shred of dignity tonight, and now she expected her to bow her head? Delusional!
