Chapter 328 Are You Done Drinking?

“Wow, Lara’s really focused on Carl right now. Think she likes him? Carl, pour Ms. Hayes a drink!” someone teased.

Carl Lewis quickly poured a glass of wine and held it out to Lara.

Right at that moment, Shawn was walking past the lounge entrance with some other people.

Suddenly, someone said, “Hey, Mr. Morris, isn’t that your girlfriend in there?”

Shawn stopped in his tracks.

Through the half–open door, he could see what was happening inside.

A young man with a somewhat melancholic look was holding a glass of wine up to Lara’s lips, and the people around them were egging him on, telling the man to feed her the drink directly.

Lara blinked, still processing what just happened, but Shawn had already grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the lounge.

As soon as they left the room, Lara ran right into the group of people who’d come with Shawn.

Rose looked at Lara with complete disdain. “I can’t believe you’d hire male escorts behind Mr. Morris‘ back. If I were Mr. Morris‘ girlfriend, I would never mess around with random men like that.”
