After Zane left, Benedict unlocked his phone and opened a photograph.

She had only found out–after returning to the private room with Vince–that Riley had been gone so long because she’d encountered Zane.

“I told him about the DNA report, but he said that even if he is really my brother, he would still choose to be Zane Lincoln,” Riley said.

Lara frowned. “Is it because of the Lincoln wealth? That doesn’t seem right.”

The Samuel she knew had never cared for money.
